I need two more riders to complete my team and have some nice options on the FA market. This is a final chance for teams who need money to offer me a rider, but I'm afraid I can't be very generous, the rider's wage must be close to the min wage and I can only pay a minimal fee, if any. I'd be looking for anybody costing up to 400, possibly even 500, but only if it's a great deal.

We need to save 80 in wages. We are not allowed to gain money, so we'd engage in swaps. Riders are only interesting with a wage of 100-120. There are 3 Options:

1. Chapman goes. Pot 6 climber with great attacking stats. We couldn't undo his bid after we got our two TT leaders on board, and we unintentionally won him on min-wage. I mean, he is a perfect rider, but still. It would be the easiest way to cure our issues.

2. Vaclavik and a 110/105 rider go. Again you receive great value with a 23/6 sprinter on great energy stats for a 100k rider swap + a talent/great stats min wage rider.

3. Dayer Quintana and 3 110 riders have to go. All 4 are great value minimum wage domestiques, so if that is what you are looking for, then have a seat on our jetplan to the perfect budget domestiques.

There is a fourth option, but I don't believe it may take place:

4. Swap Ivan Buchko for another Pot 7 rider with a maximum of 305 wage.

How long do you guys think you still need for transfers?
I was thinking of ending transfers rather soon and then still allowing to pick from the remaining Free Agents FCFS in case you haven't completed your team.

To be fair the good FA are already taken - the rest are either with low stats or overpriced with high stats and 33+ y/o (the most common age of decline).

I was gonna suggest maybe ending transfers at day 14, but that's probably too short notice at this point. That said, the window shouldn't just be open indefinitely I don't think. Maybe day 16, give any teams that need it a chance to get out of debt?

Well, it's hard to do transfers earlier when you have to sign 3+ riders and you have to wait until results to decide if you have to bid on someone else or you're fine. Especially since it takes 2 days for response Pfft
Another day or two for second phase to end Pfft
And you can't bid on someone else because you will be over the budget Pfft

I have one or two transfers I'm trying to get done, but it seems like almost everyone else not in debt is finished now. I'd suggest a few more days but that should be enough. 17-18 days at the absolute most.
