In Gimp it´s Shift+T, in Photoshop something like "edit --> transform --> scale".

It is the same pricipal as adding a sponsor, if you use the pack i made available from deksels template. Just add the new layer (from the other file) by copying and pasting it onto the jersey and then drag it down so it is beneath all of your designs but atop of your background colour. Now make all the designfeatures that cover up the NC Template invisible and adjust the colours of your pants and Sponsors and Done!

You need the PSD-File to get this done right... Otherwise you will now have to recreate all the shapes on the jersey...

I know this is pretty old but any chance you can make a new NC template in a png file. I can't open psd files unless there is some secret program that can.

Gimp & Photoshop can! As for a psd-file: I sure as hell am not gonna upload all 46 templates in png-format. Itll swamp my photobucket account and would take ages to upload and post!
