Fablok joins the Management Game
Polish cycling has been a mercenary for several big teams and being one of two new teams based in Poland, we hope to bring our rising cycling culture to the big stage and we will try to perform as good as possible in every race. I'm gonna manage this team for now and my name is Robert Pluckinski.
6 months ago I finished my plans for making a new team and the financial capacity was enough to start looking for sponsors. Fablok was the first sponsor to claim interest in my project and soon after I found an bigger sponsor in Dunlop from Slovenia, which were looking to get into the cycling sport, but simply lacked an Slovenia team. Fablok remained very upset getting into this project and this company managed to outbid Dunlop, but agreed working together wouldn't be an issue.
Goals
We also have some personal goals going into this sport and our first objective is to get the right riders, but they are hard to define to be honest and therefore we've started to take a more risky approach to this matter. Our primary target is to create a team for the future, which can develop it's own talents and at the same time perform at an high level. Our main terrain will be the hills, as it's the one that is more accessible terrains and doesn't require many unnecesary things
Primary Sponsor
Fablok was founded in 1919 and was named "The First Factory of Locomotive in Poland Joint Stock Company. The company were producing steam locomotives until the 2nd World War, where the company were administrated by Nazi Germany. After the war development of standard-gauge diesel locomotives became popular and the company was an important part of the development. Since 1919 the company has produced 10500 steam and diesel locomotives, where todays biggest export is the mechanical parts
Is one of the two Slovenian sponsors joining the team and they will also represent as a good motivator for riders to join us, cause having a big company behind you is really important. The Slovenian company named Dunlop is a tire manufacturer and is owned by the american company called Goodyear.
Is our second Slovenian sponsor and you might know this brand if you'd ever went for a vacation going skiing. They haven't manufactured our jersey, but they're trying to expand into sportswear and might get our next season jersey made. Instead they've made sure, that our team is covered with accessories and merchandise.
Alpina recommended the danish sportswear company called Hummel to make our jersey and even though we won't be getting any danish rider, we can still manage to thank them properly for our jersey and while not getting financial support, they will be thanked by a free advertisement.
Bank BGZ is our financial advisor and is also officially sponsoring the team, where after some heavy discussions, we can announce that they're supporting us while we still have responsibility to have a positive budget. We think that this partnership will secure our team over the next couple of seasons and their involvement is highly appreciated.
Other sponsors
Arkus & Romet (Equipment)
Ipros (Food and Medication)
Aero Ltd. (Transport)
Orbis (Travel Agency)
and many more..

Well, well, well... polish companion... competence... good luck
One of the things I wanted to do last year was push the Polish cycling further up in the game. Right now there isn't much to be proud of in a country with a good cycling tradition and some teams in the elite. Now it will be easier for Poland but more dificult for me.
We will have to have a chat between all the Poles when the TS approaches to minimize the harm.
Sincerely, good luck and see you around, we have to team up to bring Polish cycling to next level.

While we're not even having our logo's or equipment ready, we can still announce our first jersey to represent us. The jersey designer is -Gaz- and we owe him a big thanks for making our jersey. I gave him some logos to play with and the ending result was beyond spectacular, now enjoy this sight for a moment.
We're very proud about this jersey and our sponsors won't be hard to spot in the pack, where we will be as visible as possible! This will be our good luck charm and we hope to bring more exciting Transfer News asap.

Wow Danny! Another interesting concept, and another interesting jersey along with it, its design will make your team visible in the ever more colorful mg's peloton! Looks like you won't have an easy time against the other Polish team though, good luck for the transfer season!

Challenging project!
I guess there would be room for a Polish team, but two will be tough. Good luck to you(and to trekbmc as well )

You're a quality member of EPIC and I'm sure you'll do great here in MG as well. Good luck!

Yeah, hopefully we can work together in the transfer market rather than having bidding wars, etc. All the best and Good Luck to your team.

Welcome to the MG. I like the jersey, the team idea and also your nice HQ. Good luck in the game, we will be neigboroughs in the tight eastern european market, so i hope we can be friends with both you and trekbmc when it comes to developing this cycling area. Maybe we can have nice cooperation as PT-CT teams.
I am not planning going for any polish riders, maybe bar the best one in Kwiatek, but that is still the question.

It's kinda sad about Kwiatek, I seem to remember he could've become a better rider than he will be now. Not 100% sure though, but I think he was trained in not the most optimal way

Welcome on board. I have a couple of Poles on the team, but have no concrete plans of chasing after more. Especially not with two new mainly Polish teams on the curcuit.

True that, i was wondering what happened to his development. Lets see in what way he will be maxed, but he looks like the super-climbing domestique at best now.
