Time to build the start list for this year's U23 race, Tour de l'Avenir. 230 riders are eligible but only 199 can ride across 24 teams. Every rider that is nominated in this thread will get 20 xp though, even if they don't end up getting to ride. There are inactive teams though, so it may be that all nominated riders get to ride.
Route will be decided at a later point. It will contain the usual mix of Flat, Hills, TT, and the deciding Mountains.
I will provisionally lock in any teams nominated with 6 or more riders, but that is liable to change depending on numbers. Teams can combine and choose to ride under one of the jerseys, or groups of the same nationality riders could combine into a national team. (Although I reserve the right to refuse a combination - I don't want to see the strongest riders grouped together into the same teams)
Loaned riders obviously have 2 teams to claim for them. First priority goes to whoever they are actually riding for this season - but some negotiation may be needed between the two teams involved.

Quite excited for this race; Chamorro has a good chance of doing rather well here* supported by a solid if unspectacular fully South-American lineup.

Evonik/Rothaus merger is fine. I assume riding in the Evonik colours?
It's certainly not an issue having 9 man teams. Last year the majority of teams did end up with 9 riders, in order to fit everyone in.
