Not a fan of anonymity, but I guess I should have expected it.

Such a shame Boswell lost contact with the group he was in. He would have been set for another top 10.

I give up, that way there is no one who can stand.
Any shit rider can beat and do better than my leaders.

Not bad from Koretzky here. He must have been empty, because normally he would do better at the line, but GC wise we can’t expect anything more than this!

A very nice 4th by Lutsenko! The trio was too good but best of the rest is something I can live with.
4 seconds more to beat Kelderman, let's do it! |

A top 30 sounds okay I guess
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

When i saw that Bystrom finished ahead of the bunch, i didn't expect he would only gain 3 seconds... Nice to see Barrio trying a long-range attack though

Nice race to boost Ponzi's win tally this.
Ponzi played this one well, lets see if he can keep it up! He usually struggles a bit laiter in tours.

An okay performance by Claeys. Let's see where he'll end up now. Everything to play for in the last decisive stage.

Skujins made a very strong impression. I hope he can defend his position on the final stage. Van Stayen however is a bit disappointing so far, i hope he can improve on the final stage.
Congrats to dev. Ponzi is on a roll!
Edit: Forgot commenting on Budenieks
KoM jerseys are so cool to have. Unlike most of the other recent kom jersey days this one comes very surprising

Well, happy to see Sinkeldam in the break, although it amounted to nothing in the end. I don't mind 16th from JJ, but I just wish he was more active and at least tried something in the final two stages. Could be worse though.
Thanks for the report!

I can live well with the result eventhough i expected a bit more of van stayen. a bit of a shame that the break divided the kom points so much. I would have prefered if someone would have swept all the sprints and budenieks finished second there

In a brief moment it seemed like a stageresult was in the cards, but sadly not. 8th in the GC is easily acceptable, but pointswise it doesn’t amount to much. Hugo Boss with a massive performance to overtake us in the fight for 5th, and with the sprints of the Vuelta being random, and Alarcon in the top 3 fight they will be gone for us.
A good race from Puma too to put ultimate pressure on Moser for the win. I’m happy it’s not me getting to renew those riders at the end of the season...

Very satisfied with this result! That second place just gave us enough points to make this race go from okay to good. Thanks Dev for giving us Ponzi's wheel again!
Thanks for the detailed reports, Tamijo. There's something wrong with this stage's results though, the top riders have other riders' names as teams |
