I think that Valverde should only ride La Vuelta in 2018. I'd like to see him doing a really loaded first part of the season, with his usual schedule until April (Mallorca, Andalucia, PN/Tirreno, Cataluña, Pais Vasco and the Ardennes Classic) and then go to California and Dauphine and stops for some time, returning in San Sebastian to prepare for Vuelta and Worlds

"Jeanlouis, did you finish that stage profile yet?"
- "No, I had some problems, I need a few more hours"
"Just post what you have already, no one will notice"
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Meh. I like the Alps very much, even the short stage, they are designed very well for ASO standards. Problem is the stages are in the wrong order. Many secteurs is a plus, rest is pretty lacklustre IMO. I don't like the medium length hilly time trial, what happened to the long flat one? |

So good to see ASO are investing in a 3 week Tour de L'Avenir.
Jokes aside, it will be interesting to see if the cobbled stage can mix up the GC a bit. Dumoulin can take advantage there in comparison to Froome. Bardet will definitely struggle. |

The race will begin near Vendée.
I think that makes the first maillot jaune pretty obvious.

Finally a cobbled stage.. looking forward to 2018's Tour the France. I hope it would be more interesting to watch than 2017 edition. |

impatient to see if every good word about Nibali and his cobble skills are deserved or not, hopefully he'll ride it...

I hope Nibali goes for the Giro again, imo he is not strong enough anymore to compete in the high mountains with Froome even if he has 3 minutes of an advantage before...

I think that in his head there's just a race in Austria...everything else does'n matter

His quote on quote cobble skills was being carried by Fuglsang more or less.
