@trekbmc: Nah, there were worse sprinters around. Saeco's two top sprinters, Cimolai and Pelucchi (both SPR 77), despite being on their minimum wage, only ended up with ratios of 0.39 and 0.33.
I traded Pelucchi and Pizzi for Nizzolo and with these transfers have Pizzi back on my team, so sounds like that worked out well at least.

And here's the next table, looking at some of the worst performances. These are the 12 riders of 2017 earning at least 500 who have the lowest ratio of prestige points to wage. To not embarrass anyone I'm not naming the teams but you know who you are!
| Last Name | DIV | AVG | Wage | Points | Pts/Wage | | Mullen | WT | 74.2 | 525 | 58 | 0.11 | | Pedersen | WT | 74.0 | 850 | 101 | 0.12 | | Gaviria | CT | 72.5 | 530 | 77 | 0.15 | | Haller | WT | 76.2 | 560 | 82 | 0.15 | | Ruffoni | CT | 75.3 | 750 | 151 | 0.20 | | Kudus | CT | 74.6 | 600 | 167 | 0.28 | | Frank | CT | 75.0 | 525 | 152 | 0.29 | | Landa | WT | 74.8 | 500 | 160 | 0.32 | | Oliveira | CT | 74.2 | 530 | 174 | 0.33 | | Pibernik | CT | 74.6 | 500 | 184 | 0.37 | | Zilioli | WT | 75.0 | 650 | 279 | 0.43 | | Matthews | WT | 76.9 | 530 | 259 | 0.49 |

Liberty Seguros only finds itself in the bargain list (well not anymore, but you get the drift)
So weird that Gaviria is just this no name time trialist in the DB and not the world-class sprinter of irl. If there is one rider I'd like to see upped a few percents, it's this guy

No wonder Kudus was happy with his wage reduction...

Updated DB: https://www.mediafire.com/file/61pj7x...-R2.3.xlsx
Free Agents Round 3: https://www.mediafire.com/file/jcsy33...s%203.xlsx
Some teams with development teams still need to sign riders for that. If the file tells you to fill your dev team, you either need to sign some U23 riders or in some cases just sign riders to get the numbers for both your teams. |

Wasn't this going to be a first come, first served round? Never mind, I have 11 riders on a shortlist, I should get one of them surely.

I believe that's supposed to be the 4th round.

Very nice statistics. Unfortunately Van Poppel also read them and nearly asked for double wage this year
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Yes, I tried to steal him from you and he asked you to pay him even more than my steal offer! He's a greedy bastard
Nice to see the benefit of having two unmanaged teams to save the guys who wouldn't otherwise be able to field a full squad. Also a great coup for Cool Runnings to sign Lobato for free, if I had more budget space that would have been a no-brainer.
