You probably have waited for this moment for a long time. Now here it is: The 2017 Post-Renewals DB.
A lot of changes since the last DB which includes:
- Updated teams/wages/rider information post-renewals
- Updated Rd/Avenir/Stagiare/Training eligibility
- Fixed the NC Issues
You will notice that The Tour d'Avenir eligiblity changed slightly from previous years. All riders born in 1994 or later are eligible to race. There is no longer a September deadline. This comes with the changes of later additions of young riders in most recent years.
Please check if you find any mistakes. Obviously with your team in especially. Better to fix it now as during transfers!
Also there might happen small changes still until the start of transfers, so once transfers start, better check this thread in case of an updated DB.

I vote lvl 4 riders out of Avenir, they had their chance

Only way to make him such allrounder though.
Combination of higher stats and lower potential.
As said in other chat somewhere, potential not always equal to reality for e.g. those kind of riders, who wouldn`t be possible to train with the stat gains level system. |

Pierre-Henri Lecuisinier is furious with the belated change to the Tour de l'Avenir participation, which he exclaim to have kept him from winning the race last season.
The Vuelta a EspaƱa 4th and youth competition winner was seen sobbing in the lap of teammate Yuriy Vasyliv who was leading the team during last seasons edition of the race.
Also the team manager have been spotted running around confused with an undloaded toy riffle in his mouth mumbling "It's a conspiracy!".
The official statement from the team is a reluctant "No comment."

What's the chance for a small operation to land a deal with big name draw and if not what are more realistic targets in the free agency?

Well, it's mathematically impossible for a CT team to sign anyone above 700k wage, and that only works if you have 10 signed and 4 loaned in riders with minimum wage.
That should give you an idea. Everything else should really come from experience or be learned from trial and error.

Easiest is to check last yeas best CT teams. In especially those, that didn`t relegate a year before.
Check what kind of riders and wages they had and if they got those via free agent market or trades.
Those are about the kind of riders you should aim, if you want to win on CT level. |

Yasmani Martinez is still listed for 2017 as Chiquita - Universal, whereas all my other riders correctly moved to Minions.

Just a heads up, it doesn't really matter, but the "b" in Danske Bank should be capitalized; it isn't in the DB.
