I'm getting confused with MG, but there isn't any way that riders get offended right? They just accept your offer or refuse and you can offer them something else?

Noone gets offended. 
@fjhoekie: That deadline for the first round is anyways only important if there were steal attempts on any of your riders, which there weren't so no problem if you only start later. |

Ok, so once again nobody wants to steal my riders. I'm not sure whether I should be glad or mildly offended by now 
I like the change to wages here, seems far more effective in creating an even competition (although there will be a big gap from the top 2-5% to the rest of the peloton)

Also wish you'd have told us about the increased budget. Wouldn't have pussy-footed through the steals then!

After 2 days without internet, what a horror, glad I haven't missed anything. I have to say that spreadsheet is very impressive, I only downloaded it to see if my steal attempts are registered and they are, though one of them is just a single !, obviously my offer wasn't that tempting. |
