I've just been thinking about the last day situation for marco and got me thinking what if marco just lynched one then shot the other? That would surely be an insta win for town without the need for dramatics and would surely be allowed, especially in the early game scenario if BBL shot Raziz when he was getting lynched?

If he shot/lynched the wrong one, the minute the mafia/town ratio is even, mafia would have won the game.
As for me, I was going to shoot Trek on the day where I died, but for some reason I missed that you could use weapons during the day and so I kind of screwed myself over there.

Not if he killed the townie first (because usually you should PM me but in this case it didn't matter and he was right in doing it in the thread whilst I was asleep and everyone knew it was him firing  ) Reveille also hadn't had a lynch vote from Waghlon yet so Marco couldn't have done it on his own.

Fair enough, I thought it might have been taken at the end of the day rather than the second you lynched the last town, but it makes sense and either way marco had to get it right

Well if over 1/2 the town lynches someone, theoretically the day ends immediately (it couldn't then since I was asleep but if I was on it would've been instant as it could be but yes I guess shot would've come first probably

Also, in the second to last day, i think Waghlon should have revealed himself as the Godfather by lynching someone in the last minute (as his lynch no one post came 5 minutes before the day finished) and then he just had to kill another townie in the night and mafia would have won

Don't think it works like that but instead by town majority, so him going out saying lynch marco would be incredibly suspicious and would achieve nothing but outting himself as the Godfather

Alright, how would everyone feel about timings for season 5? I'm thinking 2-4 weeks away, probably after ICL transfers, or at least busy parts, are done, and post MG planners getting in. Should please everyone I hope. Leave suggestions for the game and for timings here, will be discussed and taken on board

I agree with that. Once both ICL and MG transfers/planning are done it should be an ideal time to do another edition of Mafia

Things to improve:
- set deadlines for days
It would help if you warned us a bit ahead of time when exactly a day will end. Not necessary to post it when the day starts but like 8-10 hours at least before the end of the day would be nice. You can still vary them so that for your schedule.
- silence at nights
it would be nice if players were encouraged to be silent at nights.
I think we have to vote to lynch someone to get a trace. Trying to stop that is suspicious so lynch trekbmc

Thanks knockout, the first one is something I know I have to improve  And will strive to. The second one was something that bugged me last time but I forgot about whilst planning this one, so thanks again
