Wow. This is heartbreaking close to the Dutch NC jersey...
How can you have strongest in break and 2 of the main favourites and still only make it a 2,3,4...just Dekker reasons I guess. Great season he is having for Bjartne.
At least the Dutch TT NC for Keizer. |

What a great opportunity missed by Gesink in a mountainous race.
No NC this year

Well ridden by Dekker. Aegon must have a big of a sour taste in their mouths after that.

Dekker has been a complete beast this year. Perfect crowning achievement to top off his season.
Sad to see Van Winden come so unexpectedly close, but Keizer still was supposed to take this and did so in a quite comfortable manner.

A perfect way for Il Toro to emphasise his amazing season. What a ride!
Realised I forgot to comment on a couple of races. Fine to defend the Turkish TT title even though I had hoped for the RR.
Sad to miss the break in Sweden, but at least we have a somewhat worthy winner this year as opposed to last season...

Aand another disappointment in the Italian NCs. Quite an underperformance by Viviani, whilst Balloni got that +5 probably. Congrats to fintas - and Atlantius too, Lo Cicero looked great in Quickstep shorts and Italian jersey, bet he'll look even better next year if you manage to keep him

Ah, we raced perfectly with 4 riders involved in the various attacks but missed out on the Polish jersey once again, painful way to lose though as Pierzga, Poland's second best sprinter had no reason to lose that sprint, or attack before it for that matter.
Glad Arrinnera could take it though so we can see the Polish NC in a Polish team with one of their core riders, couldn't have a better winner.

Yes!! What a win from Zielinski, took me back to his Great debut sesson for us and won against the likes of Kwiatkowski. Not surprised about the TT and great to have that.
Thanks for a thrilling race and good that the NC's are now done

Nothing surprising on our side either, Marchewka where he belongs. Huge congrats Danny

Just getting caught up here, thanks to all the reporters for getting through all of these.
We came away with a good haul, 7 jerseys all together. I'm glad to see Dillier take his first Swiss TT jersey especially, hopefully he will have that locked down for many years to come. Braico also as the double champion of Moldova is pretty awesome!

And NC's are over. Congrats to the various winners, and huge commendations to the various reporters who have put in the hard yards to get us here.
WCC pretty happy with our NC haul; a strong start then the flow of jerseys stopped, but not the great performances. Guys like Peters went so close in the British NC RR for instance, a brilliant performance up against some top riders. SO lots of positives to take going forward. Just a shame that 1 or 2 NC jerseys may have to be released or traded away to fit the larger masterplan for WCC's development program.

Happy to see Taciak active in his last race in our jersey and equally happy that a Polish team won in the end.
Overall I'm happy with the yield. Would have liked another Finnish champion, but the Italian RR for Lo Cicero surely compensates for that!

As expected, no luck in Italy, Poland or France.

The result of the Balloni was undoubtedly a pleasant surprise, something that I was not even waiting for..
2 TT champions and 1 RR champ is the best team result ever

Thank you so much all reporters!
We got a new PB with 12 different national champions, some of them will have to leave, but we'll still be colourful in the 2017 season.
Dekker victory just sums up his year. Will be hard to negotiate down his wage even with declining stats.
Again, thanks for an entartaining start to the off season! |

Lejman fifth from bottom and last. I did not expect anything else.
Overall quite disappointed as the only NC's (5x2) we picked up were without competition.
Thanks to the reporters of all NC's, congratulation to the NC winners and best of luck to the graphics designers creating the new jerseys

Was really looking forward to the Italian championships. And I must admit, at one point when Pippo was on the attack I got really excited but the flat roads did not do us much favours. Lo Cicero deserved to win and happy with 3 guys in the top 10.
Think that concludes the NC's for my team with 2 TT victories for Grivko and Navardauskas
Thanks to all the reporters to do these races which are, apart from a couple of exceptions, the most predictable/boring races of the season
