PCM.Daily Fantasy Cycling Season 2017

Happy with my team so far but only if Rebellin isn't retiring. He isn't listed as having retired but according to PCS he's not on CCC for next year. Of course, neither is the majority of the team, which has led to confusion.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy

Tommy Voeckler and Nelson Oliveira were my top 2 picks and Hollenstein was 7th pick - that's not bad.

well I love that Dombrowski 8th round pick roturn, a fantastic pick I completely missed...other gems here I had on my list are Rolland and Jans...

Ande of course: damn you Shonak for snapping away CicconeAngry

would've also liked Moser, good job lakebeach...and of course Capiot another guy I've missed out on, leading Topsport Vlaanderen on flat races almost determines tons of points...

Talking about my picks: Very very happy to get #2 and #3 in round 6 & 7. Bonifazio still has a lot of upside I believe. Intxausti is a bit of a gamble after his injuries, but being fit he looked so good. Then again, he's at Sky which is bad, but I feel like he could benifit from his team with several results in smaller tours. For me he is a hidden gem, but I might be on the wrong side with that given his team/last season combo.

And then of course the ultimate high risk high reward pick on round 8, with #11 Taylor Phinney. But I'm confident that he can find his TT form again, and by training hard in the winter also getting into the mix for any kind of flat races next season again.

Hang on, has Niccolo Bonifazio been picked by both dominix in Round 3 and Croatia in Round 6 or am I missing something? Pfft

Meh.

Haven`t noticed this double...need to re-do the draft then and unfortunately all 3 rounds...crap.

roturn
Fixed the issue I think.

Luckily the chain reaction wasn`t too big and only 4-5 riders needed to be moved.

So whoever already had checked before, should check again.

NicoVirenque
Well, I had Taylor Phinney before Croatia14 I think...

yep, I am an idiot and a fast copier...

at least my team layout looks nice, but now I have to praise Turgis and Ligthart instead - which I still very much enjoy

I didn't realise there was a change in a draft list, but... Rolland? Awesome! Walscheid? Hoped somehow to get him. Ruffoni? Happy to have him. Let TVG and Rolland have amazing 2017, please Pfft.

Here is the first look of my team so far:

Simon Yates Orica-BikeExchange
Rigoberto Uran Canondale-Drapac
Pello Bilbao Astana
Luis Leon Sanchez Astana
Jens Keukeliere Orica-BikeExchange
Maximiliano Richeze Team Quick Step
Reinardt Janse Van Rensburg Dimension Data
Carlos Barbero Movistar

My team has a distinct Spanish and South American flavour to it despite not having planned for the same. I'm not sure how good of a team this is, but I believe I've picked up riders to represent in all terrains.

This will make a fun team to play with in PCM too Wink

Seems like someone else found Malori, should've added him to the list sooner Pfft

Yep, he was my "Velits" pick for this year. I considered putting him as second or third on my list in case nobody else noticed he was there too. Wink

It did mean missing out on De La Cruz who was my third choice after Malori and Rolland. He's probably a more reliable scorer than Malori too, so it could be a move that I'll regret later. Wackermann and Monfort should also be good, but I was really hoping for Jay McCarthy. Well played Shonak!

The draft results yet again below.

Next draft will be 3 rounds (13 - 15).

Ollfardh with first pick as we stopped there in round 12.

The deadline is on Monday 28th, 2pm CET.

As usual I need your big boards as your pick will be skipped once your remaining list is empty.

Regarding Spilak23`s 12th round pick that got skipped, you can contact me via PM and select any rider from the updated draft file. This one obviously won`t be draftable then for others despite being in the list.

Yet another 2 Cannondale riders in Bevin and Mullen. Hoping both improve in their 2nd WT season.

Power might be a risky pick but that late risks aren`t that risky anyway and he has clearly potential to be hugely valuable seeing his comeback in Japan Cup.

De Tier in his first WT season might not score too much. Then again, nice young rider.

Really disappointed to have missed Howard. So far, I haven't been able to draft any of my former riders.

Nice "talent grabbing" round for me, with Geoghegan Hart, Durbridge and Kudus, completed with Lietaer. Maybe not the best point scorers, but cool picks. Grin
I'll be back

Ollfardh
Bohli and Baska are great additions for #TeamHype, Waeytens would be great if he can finaly take that last step forward. Betancur a total gamble, but let's see how that works out Smile
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Martinelli needs to blow up this year and he has the potential to do so. I imagine him as a Trentin kinda powerhouse. De Marchi might repeat his awesome 2014 if he doesn't get injured. Wisniowski another awesome talent, I trust Etixx to make the best out of him, and they better do it this year Pfft

Campenaerts is a great TT talent, hopefully he manages to be consistently among the best this year, I'm really happy about this round.
