In this thread, you can ask your general support questions and report any problems and bugs you find.
Before you do, make sure to read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) thoroughly to see if your problem has been listed there. If you ask a question in here that has been answered in the FAQ, we will delete your support request without notification. If the solution offered in the FAQ doesn't work for you, please mention this in your post to avoid getting your post deleted. We will also delete support requests that have already been answered before.
Already reported bugs and the sulotions (or fixing progress) can be found in the [url=about:blank]Reported bugs[/url] thread.
1. Don't ask questions about future release dates
2. Don't make any requests for future version of the Expansion Pack
3. No PMs to Database Team members. If you need support, we'll provide it in here
Please use the template in the "Code" box to ask for support. That way we'll ensure that we get the necessary information and thus we'll be able to answer your questions faster. Once we've replied, we will delete the original post to keep the thread as clean as possible. That way we'll hopefully make it easier for you to check if your question has already been asked without having to scroll through tons of pages.
At "Request type", fill in one of the following options:
- Technical issues (crash to desktop, installation problems, etc)
- Gameplay issues (missing bikes, problems with races, etc)
- Graphical issues (pink boxes, default Cyanide jerseys, etc)

game crashes at the start of the race. error message is dpc_watchdog_violation, all drivers are up to date. The crash only happens if the race has a gate at the startline.
It only crashes with the EP2016 and EP2016 update database, with the 3d objects from the original game it works out fine.
sadly i is not because of the graphic card drivers, it is up zo date, as all other drivers on my computer

The dpc_watchdog_violation error (usually accompanied by a BSOD) is caused by either a software or a hardware problem of your graphics card. Try repairing the drivers of your graphics card. If that doesn't work it's most likely a hardware problem.
Usually the stages we add are a bit more graphically demanding than the ones in the base game. If you really can't fix the issue with your graphics card, try disabling the Isolated Buildings (IBs) from the Settings of your game.

Just a question:
Wouldn't it be an idea to publish the EP in the Steam Workshop? Would make a lot of things, a lot easier, such as changing from on DB to another.

Yeah sure, we would do it if:
1. The workshop supported more than just 1/100 of the features we added
2. Didn't have a maximum file size
3. Didn't take years to load a pack as big as the EP - we tested this and we don't want players to wait minutes and minutes to just load the EP

This is nothing to do with the DB, but something that has been removed from the game.

I've contacted Marsupilami here on the forum, and he was right with the solution. The naming is wrong of the files, leadername should be in front of the race then it works, I just experimented with it in my career in Tour de France... |

Sorry was too excited that I went too fast with it. It's a bit stupid indeed that they changed naming and that made it not working. It will be quite a lot of work but an easy fix though |

When I double-click the setup after I extracted all the files, and when I allow the setup to be installed, nothing happens anymore. When I restarted my computer after several tries, and when I double-click the setup again, I get a message that the installation is already in progress and nothing happens again after waiting a long time. |

No, you need to install the All in One package and then the update. The update is a lot smaller than the main download

I've just realised that Macedonian newgens have Greek names in 2016 DB for PCM 2015. Have you already fixed that? Macedonian are Slavic, if you don't have a set of names for Macedonians, using Bulgarian or Serbian would be much closer than Greek. Bulgarian would be perhaps the better of the two from what I can see. |
