Looks to be another masterpiece and this from
the city of Lions by the Med !!!
Nice to have some new cool races from the African Continent, not just from South Africa.

Just the prologue (or short mountain TT) for Oberösterreichrundfahrt 2015... still not sure if I'm gonna finish the race at some point.
Extended the route to a challenging, hilly circuit race.
Ingame screens:
In case you wanna use the stage as an Austrian NC variant a matching ITT is added to the download.

Dwars door het Hageland
Five stages where only the 2012 and 2015 races are real. The 2017 variant is a Dwars door het Hageland spirited fantasy route and the NC variant at Flemish Brabant uses real roads, too.

Nice collection Margh.
At first look doesn't look much, flat panncake races in shitty weather
Then one tries it out and it's a masterpiece. What feelings you get, not a single auto-stuff in sight (I think). The little villages and houses/gardens along the route built up brick by brick. OK if one just in too racing it perhaps not, but I always look for that overall experience and this is it.
Perhaps you made one of your best when it comes to the scenery and the real-life experience. So far only tried out 2012 version of this "old" Hageland race, buit surely it will be installed in my DB. Was Hageland a UCI race in 2015 ??
Banking on that you put them in the Stage Database for posterity
The Linz race too if I dare to beg

Thanks for the kind words, clamel!
No auto-stuff, but it all happens in a manageable area (20km x 20km) creating a nice depth without having shiploads of work to do.
Last time the Hageland race was UCI rated was in 2012 (1.2) and it will celebrate it's comeback in 2016 as 1.1 rated.
Well, for the stage DB... I'll keep on dropping races known by the DB here and then. For the others (like Linz and Hageland) I keep collecting until I'm done with PCM15 stagemaking and then request to get them added to the stage DB. I'm very happy it is flawlessly running since almost a half a year, but external webspace have been more reliable in the past.

If memory serves me correctly I think the issues we had with the stage database in the past were fallout from the change of server so I can't see us having any more so uploading them should be reliable from now until we have to change servers again.
I don't know if that makes any difference to your decision but it seemed worth mentioning incase.
On another note I can't wait to find out what your next race will be as they are always magnificently done.

Hi sammy, thanks for sharing your observations regarding the stage DB.
Made almost the same, but remember to have read somewhere that even a maintenance can make script changes necessary. The stage DB have been down on multiple occasions, or was only partially working (download was still possible) the last three and a half years.
I can deal with certain downtimes, or even worse. That's something can happen everywhere (used megaupload in the past)...
...but the main issue I've with the stage DB is that you never know how long it takes until it's fixed. May it take a few days, weeks or almost a year (like in 2013) to make it work again? Do I have to reupload the stages somewhere else and change the links provided?
As I said I'll keep on uploading to stage DB, just can't promote it as the most reliable tool. Downtimes can happen, but imo they don't need to be unpredictable.
It was a great initiative back in 2012 for players and DB-makers as well as stagemakers and still has potential.
About the next stages: I'll start uploading very soon.

For GP du canton d'Argovie it is the 2015 route, but it most likely won't change in 2016. The route provided by Cyanide is outdated or at least a little sloppy made.
The REV Classic got it's 2016 route. Could use the majority of 2015th roads, though the race becomes a little tougher prefering sprinters with hillclimbing skills.
Same goes for 2016th G.P. Costa degli Etruschi as the final kilometres pack a punch. Hope to get the stage done until the real race starts in a week.

2016th edition of G.P. Costa degli Etruschi is finally done. Afaik it was the same route in 2015.
Rabobank Dorpenomloop Rucphen got it's 2016 route, too. Route changes on two occasions and the changed race direction (now counter-clockwise) are the most significant adjustments.
While checking races made last year for route changes I recognized Gran Premio Città di Lugano keeps last years route for 2016. Will update the first post whenever I learn about unchanged routes of 2015 races without further notice.

Tour de Beauce 2016 can be downloaded from the stage database (Link). It's less detailed with many auto-cities, but should be fun to race nonetheless.
Grand Prix de la Ville d'Oran got it's 2016 edition, too. Route didn't change, but number of laps.
Several races have been checked and will be moved in the 2016 segment of the first post, as their routes didn't change.

Hi emre, can't tell. Have my PCM16 refunded and couldn't try.
Heard PCM15 stages should work in PCM16, but wasn't able to check by myself.

Yes they do , B U T
not the other way around. That stinks.
So when I see The Master returned I hope you will stay awhile with pcm15 editor so folks left in the Ole World can play your so very nice creations.
If you upgrade later on I do hope you uploaded the old zcts files (the whole races in fact) to the database before starting to edit with pcm16. When that's done and saved in pcm16 all old games looks to be left in the wake.
The main issue in pcm16 (as I know for the moment) is the new setup for Wallhouses. It now has an option I understand for selecting Village or Wallhouse and that's the culprit. Pcm15 can't read that file.

Thanks for stopping by and sharing your insight on the new stage editor, clamel.
No need to be worried, there is a very short list of things I wanna get fixed/made with PCM15. I'll turn to the missing stageDB-files when done making stages with last years editor.

Could you provide the zcts-files for REV and later Etruschi ??
Need them to fix them for pcm14.
Since REV is a bit different route for 2016 I sure like to convert that one.
