1. Manager Selection
Obviously a game first needs a couple of members taking part. Therefore we will make a quick selection. If you are interested, just send a pm to me.

2. Rider Draft
This is surely the most important step. It`s no surprise that all teams would like the best riders but to keep it as fair as possible, the very best riders won`t be in the draft. This is supposed to make all teams more balanced and avoid too strong teams just because you got lucky to get a top5 draft position.

The draft itself works in a serpentine way from A-Z, Z-A, A-Z and so on after we randomly decide the draft order. To speed things up, we won`t be able to make a live draft with all managers. This is just not possible. So instead we will use big boards. All managers are supposed to send in a list of their preferred riders for at least 4 full draft rounds. When having the exact number of managers, it`s easy to calculate, how many riders must be on each list then. We admins then go through everyones list and always pick the highest available rider.

Obviously this is the part, where tactical decisions need to be done as clearly you can gamble on some riders to improve in 2016 or others, that regress a lot.

Everyone`s big board for 4 rounds must be sent to me within a specific deadline of a couple of days. After those rounds are done, the next big board is needed until we reach the end of the draft, which takes at least 20 rounds as this is the minimum team size wanted.

So if you like to take part, please keep in mind, that a bit of time is needed for the draft.

3. The Season
After the season, you can sit back and enjoy the racing. There won`t be decisions for you to make as we want to keep it as simple as possible.
We will keep you updated with regular team rankings while we hope to see some nice discussions in the race threads.

4. Season End
After the season we present the final standings and hopefully see some great fights throughout the whole rankings.
