Well I never expected the season to end like this. I thought a top 10 was definitely possible if everything went well but to finish in the top 5 and promote is unbelievable. Really excited that we have made it to the PT so soon, although I know it'll be very hard to stay there.
I thought I'd blow my chances of a good finish when I messed up renewals last year with Kudus, but thankfully Kwiatek came much cheaper than expected and that meant there was room for the likes of Impey and Bookwalter.
Great to see Gazelle, Evonik and RBC going up with us as well as the ex-PT teams. All three are very active and capable managers, and I'm sure they'll provide us with stiff competition in the relegation battle. Congrats to Aegon as well on finishing top as well.
Never expected Prio to finish so low, I had them down as winners after the transfer season but unfortunately Costa and Machado couldn't bring in the points they needed. Will be supporting them next year to try and make it up, along with of course Project.
Commiserations to those going down, a testament to your commitment that each manager is still active. I'm sure that the majority will make a swift return.
Onto PT preparations, starting with renewals, my least favourite aspect of the off-season |

I would first like to thank everyone who made this season possible, then congratulate all the team that achieved promotion in particular Aegon for the title.
With regard to my team, this was a season, almost perfect. It would be impossible to ask for more to a team which initially was appointed to final places in the ranking. With the 9th place reached, we finished the season with 3 out of 5 goals achieved and 2 near miss.
Kupfernagel had a dream year, may have even been one of the cyclists of the year in my opinion. I do not remember him having a bad race, it was consistent throughout the season and was without doubt the most important piece to the team's success.
It's a shame to see some of the relegated teams, but unfortunately someone would have to suffer the consequences of a bad season, either through their own fault or in some cases the fault of a bad IA

Great to known our fate is sealed and we will be riding in the ProTour next year after 4 seasons in the Man-Game (3 in PCT 1 in CTDIV2) we will finally ride the top races which is something I have waited for a long time and the chance to do it as well as bringing a nation I've grown to love with me hopefully they can bag some wins next year along with the only man I want from Free-Agency .
With regards everyone who promoted their all great managers and as a whole I can only see the division being stronger for each of them being their and hope that my team can make a fight of staying up next season in that division.
Relegation wise it's always tough to see teams go down some were always going Eddie, Saubar, Yorkshire whereas Euskatel and Lulu could of stayed up and I feel sorryfor both their managers but they have a great chance next year of winning the title.
Finally thank you to absolutely everyone who's reported or wrote a preview or done anything to do with the man-game in the last 4 years it's such a great place to be a part of and interact with all other manager and it would not be possible without you and lastly thanks SN for another great season can't wait for more to come! |

Key issue: Again we didn't have a rider in the Top50. There's just no way to survive like that, no way in hell (ok we came relatively close but it's not enough).
Up and down season for the team with a whole variety of results from great to awful, as per usual. Relegation was always on the cards so i'm preppared for it and ultimately not that dissapointed in our result. Overall it wasn't a half bad season for the team and we are well set up to go to the CT and have some fun down there. See y'all again very soon!

Well, that certainly was an amazing season for us. 12th is around where I hoped we might end up, but to actually achieve that is certainly still awesome.
Especially McCarthy has proven his worth time and time again over the course of the season and completely deserves his 6th place finish in the individual rankings.
Congrats to Aegon on the win, a real team performance there, and certainly a very good basis for PT survival. Likewise well done to everyone else who promoted, it's nice (albeit slightly anticlimatic) to see both RBC and Evonik go up in the end - will be interesting to see how those two espicially plan their quest for PT glory.
Also got to feel sorry for the two teams whose survival hopes fell just short, but I have no doubt they'll be straight back up next season. The other three relegating teams too have a good basis to build on, Cav will be amazing to witness in CT if his wage can be managed.
And thanks to reporters for making this what surely must be the quickest season since the third division was added, allthough could easily have been the fastest since the very first one as well.

First of all, Congrats to roturn for the division title. While the final was a bit sad for Gazelle, they still deserved to win the title imo and as the team responsible for my income of leaders I surely appreciate to see them winning. Glad that it turned out as a good decision for them to sell LLS.
The other promoting teams are also all very active and have a nice focus so it's very cool to see them promoting. Will be interesting to see how they will use the additional cap space. Especially, Gazelle's future interests me: Will they try to remain a team without climbers or sprinters?
Good to see RBC promoting as well. It was a thrilling final against them and I'm glad they promoted nevertheless.
Kärcher high finish surprises me a bit. Did not anticipated that but i do like it somehow as quite some riders of their team had caught my interest earlier. Gerdemann was on my shortlist for the 2014 season and Fiedler, Haussler & Vakoc were riders I had rather high on my list.
Prio - Porto as 11th propably the disappointment of the year. They were a sure promotion contender for me and i would never have expected to finish ahead of them.
BoI and TomTom as next best promoted teams is cool to see as I was in close contact with them throughout the last transfer period and season until Jesleyh sadly left. Shame to see the end of the #TeamTomTomTimeTrialTime.
I have to say that I'm guilty of enjoying Bonsucro failing from time to time (especially in hilly races) but The Rider's rants are just to awesome (Sorry )
The relegation battle was very exciting to watch. And while it's sad to see Euskaltel going down with their unique roster I'm sure they and Lululemon will have easy time bouncing back within one season.
And last but not least, a big thanks to the last three teams. It's easy to stay active when everything goes your way but i really like that you stayed active despite the early signs of a bad season.
A thing that catched my eye and that i think is rather surprising is that the top 4 and 6 of the top 7 riders in the Individual Ranking are with recently promoted teams.
2 of them are my riders and I enjoy the fact that i was only 13 points away from a 1-2 ranking lead much more than i should.
That said, depth is overrated a lot. My top duo had 75,3 % of my points and 34,6% of the remaining points are from the very first race of the season. Nuff said about depth. (I know dd will disagree )
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

1. Outstanding job from everyone involved in reporting and organizing the season. I had my doubts we could pull it through but thanks to all of you crazy guys we managed to finish this one in record time!
2. A season of ups and downs in PCT, but with a deserved winner in Aegon. Congrats to roturn and all the rest of the promoting managers. Evonik though has to come out as the biggest surprise. Metheoric through MG divisions!
3. Now onto us. A pathetic performance. Having arguably the best squad and finishng outside the top10 is mindblowing for me. This got me really demotivated with the game, but fortunately this is over now. I can promise you, we'll be stronger next year.
4. Last but not least a word for the relegated teams (I know a thing or two about relegation ). Don't lose hope. It's obviously demoralizing to go down, but it's also an opportunity to chase new endeavors, and a chance to rebuild your team. Also, you're probably going to be the best candidates to gain promotion as well!

Well, no surprise to see DD's team at the sharp end. Proves once again that he's just a natural talent. Congrats to him, Roturn, and the other promotees (incl. that crappy fake Kenyan team )
I must say, I'm really disappointed not too have made our goal of a top 15. One ranking had us as a darkhorse for a surprise top 10, while the others had us in 13th or 14th place. I think it really speaks volumes to the number of WTF-performances some of our riders had. I can easily see how we could've made the 250 points needed for a top 15 if I count the 3 nowhere performances from Eastman and the numerous no-shows from Craven. But, nothing we can change now. Next year top 10 is the aim.
Oh yes, talking about no-shows... How the fuck did Prio end up there?

Finaly had a time to visit a final rankings for PCT, congrats to all the promoting teams. I see no big surprises there, i would only expected Prio there, instead of Evonik, strange year for portugese setup with such a strong riders.
Congrats Aegon on the division win, Roturn has maybe the most ready team for his roturn to PT, now just add some strong leader that can snatch at least 1000-2000 points. Puma and Bpost are also strong ofc, lets see how the rest of the promoting teams will do in 2016. Try to beat Metinvest, Oz and Quickstep, who all finished inside top 14 in their first ever PT year.
On the other side off the table, sad to see especially Lulemon going down, i have a soft spot for the focus and team philosophy. But if it means ukrainian team staying in PCT, i can deal with that, congrats fjhoekie.
So see you in PT promoting teams and rest of you, good luck in the off season and building up for promotion next year!

My band 2 was really bad. HC Races in general though a great success.
Those are great statistics. Thanks for that SN. Shows how important HC races are when willed to promote. |

Looks at your band 2, looks at my highest band
It really says it all that 3 sides outscored my entire season in just 1 HC band doesn't it? *Insert Crying Smiley Here*

Thanks for the insight, SN!
There seems to be room for improvement in our band selection. But as we scored pretty balanced from the choices the question will be: how?
Still time to figure out before the next season will start... a save way seems to be a successful recruitment phase.

I like how the bottom 3 are the same and how the top 11 are roughly the same, great validation for the scoring systems.
But damn that sucks for BLK to see that we were an actual PCT team and could compete in the biggest races and get beaten in the minor leagues.
Shout out to Mobil for 15 points in an HC band... 15!

It's good to see a solid mix of bands picked spread right through the whole table.
Thanks for those stats SN.
