I have no idea how I deserved that but I happily take it.
Sanchez is absolutely breathtaking this whole season. Even when he has a shit race like Nelspruit, he bounces back like a true winner. I feel like I should write a thousand words essay after yet another victory but then everything about his season has been said and every adjective was used to describe it.
I also really appreciated the effort of Vosekalns. Nice to see him in the break and with back a strong result.
Great race for Risa as well. They could well be team of the moment.
Also good to see the other top positions with few promotion candidates. Makes this an even better race for us.
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Sure Inxausti has been terrible this season, but even he has had his moments/stage win. Roy hasn't even had one decent moment, by a hundred miles the biggest flop of the season - any division. knockout - Geschke has been awful as well - but he was never in the same league as a 79 hill rider with some good backup stats.
That said, hoping he can crack the top 50 next race -.
Another win for LLS, wow! |

11th is a good performance by Prevar, can't expect much more from him. Vorontsov very good too, despite getting dropped first he still delivered us a few points, as did Polivoda fairly surprisingly

Very good race for us indeed, thanks for the comments. Great to see Meyer and Juul-Jensen so active, animating the race.
But, still, no one can challenge LLS if he is in contention, congrats knockout!
Thanks for a great report, jihardy.

AEX-Navigon had a decent race. Ian Boswell continues to show why he was recruited two seasons ago (lost the bidding) but was acquired this past off season. He made a great run when the contenders were on the attack, but he fell just short finishing 7th. Another year of seasoning and Bos will be a contender.
Dieter Mehr-Wenige put up points finishing 23. This has been a disappointing season for the German, but management still has high hopes down the road.
Next on AMEX's agenda is the Tour of Battenkill where we have high expectation for the American cobble race.

I seriously hope LLS demands a million next season, because that's exactly what he is worth.

Very quiet HC return from Red Bull Haiwai there - that said in picking this band I didn't really think my team would go that great in the hilly classics.
LLS just immense of course.

I know that Roy is propably a bigger flop but my frustration speaks out of me. After last season I hoped to see him at least trying to compete in some sprints but the only race where he did decently was a cobbled race. FFS
@all Thanks!

While reading the report, Monfort not being mentioned once got me worried this was going to be a horrible result for us. But luckily he suddenly popped up on the race result in 8th. Also nice that Hofland, Furdi, Pozzato all managed to get 5 points.
So overall we scored decently. Still a slightly disappointing performance.
Congrats to knockout, LLS is a monster.

Fifth hilly classic in and Di Maggio pretty much hits his average result. Not what we are looking and paying for, but a challenge we need to accept.
For the rest of the season it may be best not to adopt a whiner's mentality and learn from the management mistakes made.
Gratz to LLS and thanks for reporting jihardy!

Haven't got around to comment on this one. LLS wins yet again. There isn't much more to say. His season is already mesmerising as it is, but I suspect he'll still get a few more victories under his name before the end of the season.
Great performance by Costa too. The triumph keeps escaping us by small margins, but if we keep getting this sort of results, perhaps we still have a chance at promotion.
Thanks for the report too

Great effort from our loanee Vosekalns, who probably tried to show his "owner" knockout that he can be very good rider in the few years time. For now, they are fine with LLS i suppose.
Congrats to knockout and thanks for the nice report!

Not really. I was in 1st position in the rankings and as long as I promote without him I won`t regret anything. Big advantage of PCT that I can promote without a leader for one terrain, which was the hills this year.
And with Keizer trained and Groenewegen from the FA market, I made something for the future.
Point wise, yes, I might regret it a bit.
Good thing for knockout that even when being a tiny bit weaker next year, LLS should still be a very solid rider for Evonik, In especially when staying in PCT. |

I gotta love all this talk about LLS' season. Thanks for that!
I agree with roturn though that he will still be very strong next season. Still I prefer to get some new cap space for new leaders instead of having to rely on him alone for another season.
