yeah Lejman was perhaps a little to aggressive, still he and the others (Rabon, Zeits etc.) can come back on Stage 5.
Overall I don't think I will achieve my win goal and promotion is all that matters now, so I hope we can get lots of points

Finally, a Minion did something Hoping Kinney can get into the top 5 at the end of the race, then I can call it an success.
Also nice to see loaned-out Jones doing well!

Was hoping De Maar might do a bit better. But based purely on his hills stat, not a bad ride.

Zeits first after the break. +1.49 in GC so the race and win goal aren't lost yet. have to see a really good stage 5 though,
Thanks for the report roturn.

Starting to get angry at Vastaranta for his general lack of bothering to try

Strange that Der lost 12 mins?
Anyway, Zeits (and Sinkewitz) stayed safe with Zeits in the top 15, so we're good.
Thanks again roturn for the report.

Stage 3 is some cruel joke; what you gain in BOTD, you lose to a stupid BOTD.. Especially because it's to In-Out who are ahead of us in the rankings. At least Langeveld shoulda kept the jersey. If this ends up with Langeveld among Top 3 and not winning grml. Kinda weird though, generally Strava has a pretty good hilly matrix so they should chase decently to keep the break within reach. Maybe because Langeveld is not listed as a favourite..

So. 4 stages, three breakaways. At least we won the one stage without a breakaway, but the way this race is going is obviously awful.
Rabon again looking strong, third top-10 in a row for him already.

Roturn, you gave me a Dwars Door Vlaanderen win, so you had a lot of credit. But we're definitely even now, what is this shit?
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

At least Drujon is doing something, but the breaks kinda annoying.
Can only fear for next stage

Disappointing to see Hansen getting passed after launching the initial attacks from the break, but nice to snag an unexpected top 5.

Fantastic ride by our team so far with rosskopf's fantastic victory and his taking 1st in the gc
But its nice to see that we have a backup plan in gaimon at 9th place! |

Caught up just now on all the Man-Game, sorry for that but had 5 hell-busy days. Brought the usual hilly-races-with-one-or-two-sprints team for this one but looks like they're all incredibly underpeforming while I was away.
Ok then:
Stage 1: On par with the expectations, my lads finishing in the main group. That's okay I guess.
Stage 2: Moser is shit. Now, after he continues to underperform in the classics, he starts to underperform in the stage races as well? Nah not hopefully. He looked to be positioned well but was blocked eventually. That still doesn't explain 15th though.
Stage 3: Passalacqua just as expected. Rest of the team is wtf-worthy though?!?! That just doesn't make sense! Molard with 6 minutes in a stage that could have well seen him in top 5 and same for Finetto...
Stage 4: Oh fuck. Thought I'd seen it all. List of things that went shit:
1. Moser and Belletti 23rd and 22nd (?)
2. Ratto still doing absolutely nothing but well I got used to be fair
3. But to top things off there's a noooonseeennnnse 12+ minutes gap given to Molard and co.
WTF PCM YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME? 12 MINUTES BECAUSE OF A BUMP? THAT MAKES NO SENSE, LIKE 0,0 SENSE.
Okay rent over.
Hoping in a stage win and a better position in the GC at the end of it all.
Thanks roturn.
EDIT: I was zabel'd by stage 5 as it seems. Finetto 3rd would be so much okay if he didn't lose that much time because of nonsense AI. So close to a stage win
Passalacqua a bit meh. Would have expected him higher but looks like his backup stats fuck him on a regular basis. He's 8th but I'm betting that he can make it to the top 5 in the upcoming stages. Molard doesn't like Poland as it seems.

Lejman really disappointing
We're not even joining the breaks, even though the other teams with GC guys does
Hopefully we can keep Top 10 and then hope to get more points in other races like Bongo

Looks like he got the message
Great to see him in a more offensive mode - and getting some reward from it.

This really has been another very forgettable race from us, Acevedo and Godoy have been almost completely invisible the entire race despite being two of the top puncheurs here (Acevedo in particular). I don't understand what's happened to us in the mid-season, we started off pretty well and now all hope of decent results has just disappeared. Will be both interesting and terrifying to see the next rankings upate to see how far down we have slipped.

Another solid performance by Fankhauser, hopefully he is building up for an amazing performance in the next stage (which has an amazing profile) |
