Hello everyone. I bring good news, ambiguous news and bad news:
- Good news is that this race isn't going to get stuck, as we all feared.
- Ambiguous news is that stage 1 will be repeated. So "meh" for some of you, "hooray" for others.
- Bad news is that I'm going to be the one reporting it.
Anyway, replayed stage 1 will follow in a minute, and I'll try to get you guys a stage per day (perhaps more, if things go well). Good luck everyone

Thanks for doing this.
Not expecting another Aru performance now.
More likely a realistic performance now. So hopefully some breaks. |

Thanks for the speed of getting this going again Gustavovisky!
Although not good to see the break take that first stage, really hope these guys get in the way of the big GC guys in the overall, it's hard enough to get top-5's with Ben Nasser with such hilly depth.
Now for stage 2 (again). A 10 minute loss wouldn't be acceptable this time obviously, so let's hope these guys from the break get dropped and all the big favourites are contesting the win. |

Good too get this race going again. Thanks Gustav!
No mentions as expected, but really hope some of the lads will join the break later on! Only chance of success in such a highclass field.
Congratz to Sauber! Huge start

A much better first stage and some points already with Bellis actually riding quite well very pleased with Boros though a top ride from him even though he was obviously the weakest in the group |

Thanks for the quick restart Gustav.
Guess the peloton used the first stage as a warmup ride.
Congrats to Sauber.

A shame he lost some valuable seconds to LLS and TAWK on stage 1 already, but there's still alot of time to change that!
The race needs to be re-played right from the scratch, so stage one's results don't count anyway. Will remove the report from the results page now.
And lucky enough for me, that was a much better stage for Macca!

I like this version much better! Hugentobler is the only one getting us results, apparently at this level as well as the PT.
Interesting Fact: Hugentobler is on loan to us from Sauber, so in a way Sauber went 1-2. Congrats Sammy.

I liked the first version much more. Don't like a break success but they should not play a key role for the GC due to the hard stages to come anyway.
Same situation for the favourites. Two got a tiny gap on the others but it is not too decisive.
Evonik wise, this stage was okay. What I really liked is the amount of riders right at the front of the peleton. That peleton sprint pic looks very nice with all the yellow and purple.
Doesn't bring much points but still nice. The small things also count.
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Nice to see our loanee Boros helping his team to get some really decent points thankfully to a successful breakaway!

Thanks for the congrats guys, I don't know what Krizek had for breakfast before this stage but I wish the rest of the team would have that for the rest of the season.
As Bushwackers said technically that's a 1-2 and us holding all jersey's as Hugentobler is ours but out on loan to him.
Hopefully Krizek can hold on and get a decent GC result from this which would give us a massive boost in our attempts to avoid the wooden spoon.
@all thanks for the congratulations, it's nice to have something for the team to celebrate, hopefully we can now turn this into a surprising breakaway GC win which we seem to get one of each season so far.
@Gustvovskiy thanks for the report and getting this race back going again so quickly. I think you reporting it is good news not bad news, my team's already looking more active on that one stage then it has all season.

That was just as bad as the first attempt on this stage, at least, for our team that is...
Thanks for getting this out this quickly Gustav!

Thanks for picking up the race, Gustav. It's great to see it going again so quickly!
Result is almost the same for us in the opening stage, but happy the other Swiss teams have been an lot more successful.

LLS wins again. Ridiculous.
Chuffed with 2nd from Ben Nasser though, far above expectations in this field! Who knows, maybe on the coming stages he can do the unthinkable and beat Sanchez... |
