This is just a reminder to everyone that today is the last day to vote in the PCM.daily Awards 2009.

So if you haven't voted yet, make sure you do so today.

While a lot of you seem to have problems getting the e-mail with key and download links, there are some people who can't even get to pay for the game. Someone on the forum pointed out a different service / link than the official one, and it seems to work better.

It's "powered by Metaboli", just like the official one, but is placed on a different website called GamesPlanet.

So, give this a try if you have the problem with the "means of payment" not showing up on the official shop link.

As promised earlier, we're now releasing our first database for Pro Cycling Manager 2009. This is hopefully only one of several, but this one should suit most people's demands. We'll keep on working on the DB and release a larger version with more teams, races, etc. later on.

Please report any bugs you find in the forum. We'll then correct them and release an updated version suited for serious career playing one of the coming days.

As we've been hinting (or saying directly) the past few days, PCM.daily is going to release a database for Pro Cycling Manager 2009.

The first planned project is a starter's kit which will be released today or during the night and will include correct names for teams, riders and sponsors. In addition to this, it has 8-9 new teams (further and more precise details will be posted later), new stat matrix (new stats compared to Cyanide's), the same amount of equipment as the PCM.daily DB  for PCM08, also linked directly to teams, c. 100 track riders, a bunch of new races ... and probably a tad more that I don't remember right now.

And don't worry - there's no March or June bug in this one.

Later on, the work on a 'proper' 2009 DB continues. But for now, we're focusing on the PCM.daily Expansion Pack for PCM09 (the one described above).
