When Cyanide recently wished everyone a happy new year, they did so with a screenshot. On a first sight, it looks like a completely regular screenshot of PCM11, but notice the yellow (Australian?) road lines - they aren't present in PCM11, so this might actually be the very first screenshot of PCM12.

Interesting? Not really, but a first is a first ;)

Ladies (I doubt that we have any) and gentlemen (nope, no gentlemen either), it's time for the 2011 PCM.daily Awards!

Like last year, we have lined up 27 different award categories, divided into three main categories: Site Awards, Management Game Awards and Cycling Awards. And as with last year, it's up to the members of this community to decide both the nominees and eventually also the final winners.

You can nominate members from today and until the 23rd of December. Shortly after this, the nominees will be announced, and the voting will begin, but due to the Christmas days, we can't say exactly when the voting will begin.

Just a short update on the crew member situation:

A while ago, we announced that we were looking for new crew members. We have received several great applications, and there's definitely a few new crew members coming up.

However, due to other events (such as the PCM.daily awards) coming up, we will not announce any new crew members until January 2012.

Until then, feel free to read our announcement.

The track match versus PCMFreaks has been delayed an hour from 20:00 CET (today) to 21:00 CET.

The game room will be opened at 20:45 under the name of "PCM.daily vs. PCMFreaks" (password: pcmdailyfreaks). To begin with, we will follow the original plan of playing 2 rounds of Scratch, 2 rounds of Elimination and 2 rounds of Points Race, but if we're not enough players, we will play 5 rounds of keirin instead.

No prior registration is required. Join us in the game - first come, first served.
