Slightly modified last season's post.
With the end of the season rapidly approaching, it's time to select a route for the season's grand finale, the World Championships.
History:
2019: Cobbled Mountain
2018: Flat
2017: Hill
2016: Cobbles
2015: Mountain
2014: Flat
2013: Hill
2012: Cobbles
2011: Hill
2010: Mountain
2009: Hill (Flat finish)
2008: Hill
This season, we are resetting the voting and making all types of profiles eligible for the World Championships. Having said this, if there is a tie at the top, cobbles will get the lowest priority with last year's winner being decided by cobbles prowess.
Vote on exact location/route will follow once there is a clear winner here. Please nominate suggestions for routes in this thread.
Generally the ITT and TTT routes will match the RR course.
Deadline: 12th June, 23:59:59 PM, Daily Time

A good case could be made for all alternatives, but opted for flat since the 2018 race was a somewhat flat/hill hybrid. Given that Wisniowski won last year, you could say it's the pure climbers turn as well.

Went for flat hoping to give Kemboi a chance at winning the B-Race, before realising there's a risk Kenya won't even qualify |

Not really sure what option to go with here. I don't have anyone that could compete anyway, but the cobbles/mountain race last year spiced things up in a way that makes it unclear whose turn it is next. I'll have to think about it.

Can we go for a normal route this year?
Something hilly but not entirely ruling out the sprinters would have my vote.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

New York please Rouleur/sprinter/puncheur/northern classics (no cobbles though) all get involved and absolutely stunning stage and recreation of Manhattan by Leon40 if you get the IBs and graphics on.
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Thank you for so many votes already.
Please remember that you can also post actual route pictures here for others' reference if you are suggesting something. If you have the stage files, even better. Having zcds is always preferred but even without that is fine for now.
