Actually, does his TT WC stand? He wasn't a professional or semi-professional cyclist at the time because he got fired a week before by his team. Since he hasn't joined a new team, he was and currently is an amateur, so he shouldn't have been allowed to start.
And there you have it, Remco Evenepoel is the 2019 Time Trial World Champion!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Glad we're starting off a new decade with Sky still screwing everything.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy

Also heard possible rumours of a mountainous stage starting from Viseu, with an excursion to Torre. |

Yes it's rumoured, I think it's unlikely though as the route north of the Serra is more logic and fits for a flat/ondulating stage, and next day has final summit finish.

Portuguese big day no doubt! Vuelta will have a stage finish and a stage start, plus Pedro Andrade confirmed in Axeon, funnily when I rode as a junior he was in the team racing for the cadets and he's the son of the team's Elite DS (who happens to be Volta a Portugal presence record holder Joaquim Andrade)

If anyone needs a good laugh:

"I will just go to the Tour with the same feelings as the Vuelta. [...] If Aru feels really good, we'll go for the yellow jersey and I'll support him 100 per cent," (Pogačar) said.

Dumoulin, Roglic and Kruijswijk will co-lead Jumbo at the Tour, with Sepp Kuss making his debut alongside them. Curious to see how this goes. Groenewegen will race Giro+Vuelta. |

Corendon now becomes Alpecin - Fenix and stepping up to ProCont. Happy to see that Alpecin got rewarded for sticking with cycling after the disastrous Katusha years and now have a future mega star for their cringeworthy ads
Is it..
can it ...
It is Alpecin in Mathieu's hair
