Supporter of Polish cycling since 2015, Telecommunications company Netia will once again sponsor a pro cycling team, with aims to promote Polish cycling. Faroe based fishing enterprise Vónin joins them with aims to develop cycling in the Faroe Islands and to increase their prominence both globally and in Northern Europe. We look forward to the upcoming 2019 season in partnership with Netia and Vónin!
Netia - Vónin, Polski Rowerowy na Światowej scenie!
Thanks to the excellent Krisa of Rapha, we will race in this stunning jersey for the 2019 season. It is almost the exact same jersey as last season, however with all our sponsors continuing on their contracts, we chose to maintain our association with our bright green colours.
Name: Netia
Industry: Telecommunications
Sponsor Status: Main Sponsor (Title Sponsor)
Focus Nations: Poland, Eastern Europe

Netia will once again sponsor us this season, with the clause that Polish hero Michal Kwiatkowski is racing in their colours once again. A stage win in the Tour de Polonge - our 6th team win in our home nation, shows fans what our nation can achieve and Przemyslaw Kasperkiewicz leads a Netia training program to show Polish youths the path to success. We look forward to developing Polish cycling with Netia for another season!

Vónin's main goal is to improve their image in Northern Europe and their countries of operation but they also want to see Faroe cyclists have a representation on the world stage, especially with talented riders such as Torkil Veyhe beginning to come through. They are especially pleased with the Faroese riders win of the King of the Mountains rankings in the Tour of Northern Europe last year and look forward to his bright future.

Following some issues, unrelated to team performance, last season, Netia has been forced to regretfully and with great sadness let many of their most valued riders leave the team. While we will make a statement remembering those riders in due time, for now we will present our roster and wages before the transfer season:
| | Wage | Change | Availability | Kwiatkowski | Michał | € 350,000 | -150,000 | No | Dyrnes | Kristian | € 180,000 | -120,000 | Yes | Kasperkiewicz | Przemyslaw | € 140,000 | +60,000 | No | Pedersen | Mads | € 250,000 | -150,000 | Loan | Hansen | Lasse Norman | € 140,000 | -110,000 | Yes | Bernas | Pawel | € 50,000 | -15,000 | No | Sobota | Kristian | € 50,000 | 0 | No | Stachowiak | Adam | € 50,000 | 0 | No | Veyhe | Torkil | € 60,000 | +10,000 | No | Rekita | Szymon | € 50,000 | 0 | No | Kolev | Iliyan | € 50,000 | 0 | No | Menten | Milan | € 50,000 | 0 | Yes | Reckweg | Morten | € 50,000 | 0 | No | Cherkasov | Nicolay | € 50,000 | 0 | No | Malecki | Kamil | € 50,000 | 0 | No | Nielsen | Joanis Albert | € 50,000 | 0 | No |
It will come as no surprise that we have to unfortunately let some riders go following renewals. First up as Kristian Dyrnes, who is a fantastic puncheur, with a strong kick and training potential, he's a useful super domestique for PT/PCT teams and has a lot of potential as an outright leader in the Continental Division. We're mostly trying to just make a small profit over the fee we payed for him, so you could get him for reasonably cheap!
Following Kristian is one of our favourite riders of all time, Lasse Norman Hansen. It's with huge sadness that we offer this incredible powerhouse on the flats to other teams but he's now available to all, he has TTT use and potential as a TT/Prologue leader but more importantly, his huge flat strength and acceleration allows him to easily join late stage breaks, giving him opportunities to score a surprise classic win.
Finally, Milan Menten is up for sale, while still not at his full potential, this rider will become a great superdomestique, able to offer skills both on the cobbles and the hills and will excel at supporting leaders on races like Ronde van Vlaanderen, even having the opportunity to score a few of his own points further back.
Finally, the one - the only Mads Pedersen is available! For loan. Still an opportunity to have a fantastic cobbles domestique or sprint leadout, especially when we're willing to pay a team to take on some of his wage! We'd prefer to pay as little of his wage as possible, but we can always arrange the terms with teams that have interest and we can afford to pay a fair amount for his position on your squad. Would be a huge score in classics support for any PT team.

Too bad Pedersen's development doesn't quite match up with your unfortunate division change, you would undoubtedly dominate the CT cobbles with a 1-2 punch together with Kasperkiewicz.
I do agree that regardless of that, you should bounce back immediately.
Menten is a rather interesting prospect for us insofar that he could be an exact replica of our own Tim Declerq once he declines or moves on. I am at least slightly intrigued at the moment.

@Ollfardh - Thanks for your support, keeping them meant a huge amount to the team so I'm really glad we've still got them.
@cio - Yeah, it's a shame we couldn't have them both to destroy the CT But unfortunately both developmentally and financially Pedersen was never staying in our colours this year.
I'm really not looking forward to having to let Menten go, because he does have such cool stats, but unfortunately I probably need to use his spot just to grab somebody that makes promotion that much more certain. It'd be cool to see him with you guys though, so if you're still interested during transfers I'd love to hear your offer.

Is T the division below the CT?

Well it's hardly fair to call us a CT team, so I figure we're just in the general Tour that all races/teams are in.

Glad that I don't have to race against Mads P this year after helping you nourish him last year. Certainly a few interesting riders, but with an increase in teams with a Danish focus this year, I believe that some of these available opions will be swarmed with offers.

Thank you very much for developing him by the way! Made a huge difference for us.
I really don't know how much interest there'll be in them, but thanks for your confidence. I expect none of them to be too expensive really, especially as I really don't need to make a huge amount of money off them, so we'll see.

Pedersen as a loanie isn't quite as attractive as Pedersen as a "real" signing. Just saying!
He's definitely of great interest, and so is obviously a former Aker - MOT rider in there. I'm hopeful we'll talk when the opportunity arrives |

You sure you only want to give away Pedersen on loan? Perhaps your team will get used to riding without him anyway, and you'd be better off just selling him for the minimum fee?

I like talents, and I need a cobbles leader (plus another member of my leadout train that I've built for the top sprinter that I don't have...) so I will file this under "intrigued" |

@ember - haha, I'm imagining a few teams had Pedersen down as a target before our availability came out. I'm really sad to see Dyrnes go as well, but he did seem to race better in your colours, so giving him back to his home team wouldn't be too bad.
@BBL - Oh my bad, I did mean to say that I was just giving him to you for free.
@jph - Leading out riders that don't exist is an integral part of the MG and we're even offering to combine that experience with a cobbles points scorer! Hope to hear from you.
@tastasol - Thanks! Looking forward to hearing from you!

With a rider like Kwiatkowski and a few others it should be a very doable task to bounce straight back up to PCT. And when that happens it seems like it'll be with a bang
