Hi there, i have downloaded the 16GB mod however i cant see it in my settings in the actual game i believe that i have put everything in the correct places. If you could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the documents PCM folder in a different location than C:\Users\username\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2016?

so I downloaded, unzipped and then pasted the file program files in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Pro Cycling Manager 2015 is this correct?
and then put the file documents into C:\Users\Lewis\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2015 |

The location isn't the same for everyone, if you have all the game files - PCM.exe is a good indication - in the path you just mentioned, then the installation is fine.

Depends, now go in C:\Users\Lewis\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2015\Mod and check if you can find the 2016 DB cdb file. If not, you did something wrong when copying the db to the documents.

so when i go into documents and mods which is this file name C:\Users\Lewis\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2015\Documents\Mod i can see 'Database' and 'Pro Cyclist Photo' then in database i can see PCMDaily2016DB_v1.cdb is this correct? if not what do you suggest i do? thanks for the help btw |

Yeah it's correct. So when you go in game and then in the options you can't see PCMDaily2016DB_v1.cdb?

Try going in the Program files folder and then in PCM.Daily backup. Now copy the database file (PCMDaily2016DB_v1.cdb) inside Documents/PCM 15/Mod/Database. If asked to overwrite, do so.

Ok I can now see the database in the game but it now crashes on me when i go to play single player |

You need to update the local.cdb file as well - this will also be found in the back uup folder matt mentioned above.

Not really in this case it seems like it's just a wrong installation that needs to be re-done.

what do you suggest re downloading the file? or just start from unzipping it again? |

Yep best would be to follow the installation guide as closely as you can and re extracting the files again

ISSUE: I originally tried installing this update and was getting weird issues so I uninstalled PCM 15 and reinstalled it and I'm getting the same issue again....jerseys at not showing up for teams. All I'm getting are blank white in the DB editor when looking at teams (where when using the original DB with the game, the jerseys show up) and in game when I go to pick a team in career mode all jerseys show up as pink squares. in the folders containing everythimg, the jerseys for the original game standard files show up as pictures, you can see the jerseys, but in this update there are no pictures but instead there are no photos of the jerseys. rider photos are also nonexistent, they are all TGA files. did I get a bad download causing jerseys to not show up or was this an instance of installing in the wrong areas that are causing jerseys to not show up? Thanks! |

Did you install the 2016DB 2.0 only, or also 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 as well? If so, you likely have installed it wrongly.

I am attempting to install 1.0 first and then working my way through the others in the order I found out by reading the pages for each on here in the forums. No luck still, no jerseys show up when I install 1.0. I followed the directions in the page for the DB itself and I also followed the suggestions above to make sure I was installing them correctly.

ALSO: Here is what I have found out...I installed them all in order without going into DB editor to see what worked and what didn't...the jerseys in all future instance of the 16 DB (1.1, 1.2, 2.0) all show up, its the jerseys from 1.0 not showing up still. ill attempt to redownload it again in case it is a download error. |
