Strava is a leading platform for cyclists, runners and other athletes to share their activites with their friends and the world. Hailed as one of the most innovative sports tool, Strava is home of a fast expanding community world-wide. Its cycling team is bound to be an representation of this ethics and global size, featuring the States and Europe as main- and co-sponsors. But always treasure the thought that the team is for each and every user and lover of Strava.
Recently switching to a US licencse, Cycling Team Strava is an international team featuring talents and experienced riders from all over the world. Having made a strong impression in the CT 2015 by gaining reputation as ruthless cobblez-hoarders and the surprising performances in races such as Tour of Iceland, plus the fact we really made it very close until the last race in the Continental Tour by exceeding predicted scoring tables, and achieving a score of 4 out of 5 completed goals, we really couldn’t have asked for a more exciting debut season. Regardless of our close miss to the CT trophy, we managed to turn into a favourite of many rival managers due to our orange sweetness!
This fast development resulted for us in the humble acceptance of a nomination for and achieving 3rd place in the voting of ManGame UCI awards, Team Of The Year.
Strava is hoping to confirm the good impression and build on the foundation it has achieved in its debut season. The intention is to add key leaders to our squad.
We will once again sport a kit by aidanvn13, beautiflly designed and uniquely featuring our characterics; he himself a vivid Strava user knows what matters to the site and company. The mini kit was provided by co-genial user Jakstar.
The Pro Continental Tour is a tough league full of traps and false hopes. Thankfully, there’s a userbase and community behind us that know every single cycling lane, every meter of road from San Francisco to Tokyo.
Recently Monthly Reviews are planned in order to find for us the right balance between Managing Teams and Enjoying races.
Strava.Inc is a San Francisco-based internet company, providing free and premium services to its members. For 5 bucks a month, you receive lots of additional features like the great “suffer score”, to just know exactly how much you were in the red zone today. Check us on the website.
We first came to the light of the internet in 2009. Since then, we have accumulated various awards, such as “Top 10 Most Innovative Company in Fitness” by Fast Company, and our membership-numbers and fan-base have constantly and rapidly increased over the years.

With the reveal of the HC race band, Strava is slowly coming out of its winter hibernation, so the HQ is starting to make preparations for the new season, whilst dinousaurs are reported to be attacking cyclists in Victoria, Canada.

Well since the off season has been kicked out of hibernation, Strava has sent the goals to MG UCI in order to have them accepted and get some cash. That is about high time. As our riders' strava data shows, they are bored by lack of racing and their training rides resemble the paintings of some young teenage kids in school. It is definitely time for some productive competition to take the mind off things.

Strava has chosen its HC race bands and got more than what they bargained for. Due to us ending up in either heavily crowded HC bands or largely empty ones, we'll probably face some tough racing all throughout the year. The PT teams coming down to hit us hard whilst being in ever-so-fine struggle against many teams that we've already come to face and appreciate in CT previous season.
Also renewals are certainly in progress. So, that's happening.

We were told to be more brave by the Admin, well - with just a few slots to fill, we can concentrate on the task at hand, getting some PCT level quality leaders this season and not be bothered too much about the domestiques.
Only our stagiare Torsinio has left us, whilst talents Cooper and Zilberstein have progressed so far that we'd like to see them progress some more, but also wouldn't mind if they got sold off to a CT squad for better support next to nothing.
Most of the riders are available for transfer talks and are to cost (very) little to reasonable prices. This is not because of the quality of the riders, but rather: We are a bike community website. So, we do prefer to ride our bikes instead of sitting on the negotiation table; let the banks to the money grabbing talking.
As soon as the transfer talks are open, we will open a HQ basar and be open for talks of course. For now, look at the pre-transfer squad we have assembled in all its beauty.
Never underestimate Strava: that's what we learned last season. Could it be the same this time around?
Interesting tactic to only get rid of the 1 rider, but that just means that there are only a few slots left to fill. Looks to me like you need at least 1 big scorer to add though. Who is it gonna be?!
Transfers will be exciting indeed even with little room to act right now. I'll see how it goes. One big scorer, maybe we need more. Maybe we don't need one at all. Let's see how it plays out.

Riders Andrew Tennant (Winner of Tour of Iceland 2015), Anton Cooper, Elia Favilli (3rd Benelux Challenge, Stage Win @Tour of Iceland) and Marco Canola have left the team in order for all of them to join the Continental Tour again.

Their work in the orange jersey, especially of Tennant’s, in securing our goals and helping us come second in the division was much appreciated. Maybe one of them will have the chance to win the division title this year, after us missing out narrowly previously.
We hope they continue to use Strava as their chosen platform to share their data with their fans and keep track of their training.

Strava can announce days before the shop closes, the key signings of the upcoming season. With a heavy focus on classics, the team only cares about mountains when a breakaway rider of ours will be involved. Cheers.
