Strava is a leading platform for cyclists, runners and other athletes to share their activites with their friends and the world. Hailed as one of the most innovative sports tool, Strava is home of a fast expanding community.
Due to its success, the Strava management board has decided to invest in a continental team in order to attract even more athletes. It’s also a way to give back for us, in an entertaining way you all love. The project is partly crowdfunded by its members but also receives financial aid by our various partners such as Garmin, Suunto and Timex.
As a team, we want to be successful just as much as present the joy of cycling. For us, cycling is about living an adventure. Each ride you take should be great for you, be it either a challenging mountain, a relaxation ride or your daily commute to work. Strava is your tool to prove it to the world, and to make you remember just how awesome you are.
The Strava Team is here to share this feeling you have, this time in the professional circuit. Each race we take part in, will be our own little adventure. Each sprint we contest, is a sensation. Each win we will make, will be cherished!
Our jersey has been designed by Strava User Aidan, going great with the general look of your website. Isn’t it a beauty? We most certainly think so. The mini jersey was provided by User Jakstar.
Spoiler
We are new to the scene, yes. But racing is our DNA. We are here to prove that. So, be part of our adventure.
If you use strava and are a member of the site, we will try hard so you can be proud of us. That you can consider us your team. The one you want to shout for on the sidelines, the one you defend on the internet forums in rage wars, when people call us wheel suckers. The one you make GIFs about, and the one you buy maybe your next jersey from.
We advocate clean riding and support all you crazy guys out there who love cycling. Though Strava is San Francisco-based company, we favored an Australian license, due us loving the sun down under, and business taxation-reasons. Hey, at least we're honest.
Scroll down to find out more about Strava the website, and soon about our very own premier team roster. News will be posted frequently. Until then, catch up on Team Manager Shonak’s rides following his profile:
Strava.Inc is a San Francisco-based internet company, providing free and premium services to its members. For 5 bucks a month, you receive lots of additional features like the great “suffer score”, to just know exactly how much you were in the red zone today. Check us on the website.
We first came to the light of the internet in 2009. Since then, we have accumulated various awards, such as “Top 10 Most Innovative Company in Fitness” by Fast Company, and our membership-numbers and fan-base have constantly and rapidly increased over the years.
We like to motivate you for your next ride. Challenge you as an athlete. Enjoy cycling even that more than you thought it's possible. Be inspired by other athletes, and prove it to the world.
Even pro riders like Michal Kwiatkowski, Andre Greipel, Wilco Kelderman, Mark Cavendish or Marianne Vos use our site. Become a Strava Ambassador as well or check out our shop. We offer monthly and regular unique challenges for our users, have tons of leaderboards for your enjoyment and motivation, and grant you the chance to meet many new people who share your passion. Maybe you get lucky and find some unmapped climbs and get some easy King of the Mountain trophies along the way. So go out and explore!

Like I mentioned in a PM, I was thinking of adding Strava as a small sponsor too. Really cool project you have here, I hope you stay true to your American roots. Btw, it might be worth asking someone to make a mini jersey for your kit, as my capabilities are limited.
Hi mate, so happy to see you in the game, probably all that good things i told you in person about the man-game was also a factor in applying?
Lovely presentation and cool jersey from Aidan, i am looking forward to meet you in the game. Good luck in CT!

I expect a Strava link for every single race day obviously.
I really like to see a bit more action in Australia. There are enough riders for more than 1 1/2 teams. Always nice to have this sort of continental rivalry.
Seeing that you already have quite a few graphical elements in the HQ, I expect to see a very nice and well sorted HQ here.
Congrats for making it into the game and good to see you here in especially!

I certainly try to take advantage of some of the various possibilites that Strava offers me, eg stalking Rider profiles or Presentation of KoMs. As for Australia, I'm sure there'll be some good bidding (wars) going on Down Under.
@Jesleyh: Well, they are officially presented on the website, so... kinda would make sense I guess. Indeed, you are forced to like us, we so charming!

I'm loving this project, Shonak, great that you decided to step into the Man-game. This will be one of the more interesting new teams to follow, good luck!
Lol @ 300 meme. It's pretty much my thinking when I try to take on KoMs, and fail. I'm the persian in that case then.
