It is now possible to apply for Wildcards. While they do not need to be done before the end of transfers, the faster the better! I imagine that most teams either have - or are close to - their lead riders by know.
Explanatory information on Wildcards was already posted in: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....d_id=38776
There is an action for all teams, whether you want any wildcards or not.
PCT
The Wildcard selection file contains spaces to apply for wildcards to races in a prioritised order, and indicate a likely squad selection for your team. You will not be obliged to select this exact lineup if you do get accepted as a wildcard for a race.
It is fine to use the 2014 file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/tffc4qnm2gh...ection.xls. I think it might have space for 9 riders for GT races - but as of last year GTs have 8 rider teams, so the 9th space can be ignored.
There is now space for 2 teams in every race, allowing more opportunity for PT races.
Please fill in the file and save it to your team's Dropbox folder. When it is ready, send a PM to SN-ManGame titled 'Wildcard YES'.
If you do not wish to apply for wildcards, send a PM titled 'Wildcard NO'.
I won't read or respond to the PMs, so any questions should be asked here.
Once I've received the decision from all PCT teams, I will allocate the races as fairly as possible.
CT
There is a limited amount of space for CT teams to apply for a wildcard to the races in HC Band 5.
There is a space for 2 teams per race in:
Dutch Food Valley Classic
Int. Osterreich Rundfahrt
Interlagos GP
Tour of Eritrea
Volcan de Agua Classic
Competing in these races will cost you from your 120 total race days - so will come out of the 60 race days that you have available to pick C1 or C2 races. You can earn ranking points, but the field will be tough as these are PCT teams' main target races, and there are also 5 PT teams in these races: Pendleton's, Orange, Becherovka, Pokerstars and Venchi.
If you want to apply to ride in any of these races, send a PM to SN-ManGame titled 'HC YES'. Inside the PM include a list, in order, of any of the races above that you wish to attend. That can be 1 race, 2 races or all 5 (not advised).
If you would rather focus on C1 or C2 races and do not want to apply for a HC race, send a PM to SN-Mangame titled 'HC NO'
Once all CT teams have informed me of their decision, I will allocate the places out.

For GT's do we give a written application?

You're welcome to do a Team HQ post about your application, but for the file itself no, just a priority and a rider list.

I'll sending mine aswell as soon as I get my team confirmed.
Just wondering, I know teams who haven't ridden GT's before gets priority, but what are they deciding factors for wildcards, if it example stands between 3 new teams?

Awesome.
Hope it's not too much dependant of the time of applying?
Kinda want to wait only a little bit more.

Time is not a factor in the decisions.

Thank you.
Thought ''fairly as possible'' might also take it into account
Good to see I can do it without rushing my decisions, then

I'm in same boat re: ability to wait a wee while being handy, so glad that is not a factor.. Looking forward though to potentially be making a debut at PT races as well as HC this season .

Two wildcards have been awarded to CT teams.
Lierse will ride the Dutch Food Valley Classic.
Netia will ride the Interlagos GP.
Thus making those two races the first ever ranking points scoring races featuring teams from all 3 divisions. It'll be a momentous ManGame day!

I could have sworn I sent a PM saying "HC NO," but I checked my outbox and I guess I didn't. I'll do so now if it's still needed.

Lierse - Pizza Ullo would like to thank the UCI for the opportunity and looks forward to kicking some PT behind
