Change national Team.

Ok guys, new problem.
Because PCM hates me, it only gave me the choice between Belgium and France as my national team. I picked Belgium. How can I change my national team to Germany? I know there is a fkIDteam_national in GAM_user...but changing it, doesnt work. It just switches back to Belgium in-game.

As far as I know, it bases it on your best rider and team's nationality, so unless there is something else in the editor that let's you change it, you might be able to just change your team's nationality to Germany, or edit in some OP German rider you never use but don't have to pay. 
Somebody else will probably know more though.

Fun Fact: My best rider is german, and I dont have a single french guy in my team...

I came across the same issue in my Martijn North story. All I did was play the WC out of the career and the change the champions in an editor. I found the WC in career mode to be very buggy as well.
When you come to the WC in the carrer, exit the game, and copy your current save file and paste it into the mods/database folder (name it Paul23WC f.e). Change the database option in game on the main menu, and select the WC courses in single race mode. If you have variants installed, all variants will be available to be raced. After the races, just remember who won what race, and continue in your career as normal (simulating the WC races). Then just edit in the new WCs to the game save in an editor, and carry on with your career.
You get to play as Germany, you don't need to worry about the AI being at the wrong level of fitness (e.g. Degenkolb or Greipel being at 5/6 fitness as their season ended in July) and I have found that it makes for a much even and realistic WC race 
Just remember to save a back up of your original, unedited game save incase there are a few issues

Have no clue why you are getting France then, but it looks like the_hoyle has a solution for you. So good Luck using it. 
btw: Just out of interest, how is Vaconsoleil and the Lipawsky brothers doing?

The two nationalities offered are your nationality (you might be able to change this in the manager info?) and your managed team's nationality. So since you're managing OPQS you are offered Belgium, but I think when you started the career you must have chosen French as the manager's nationality.

I think in PCM 13 you cant create a manager at the start...

Sorry, it appears you're right. Cyanide must have changed it since last year's game but I never noticed that. I would have thought there was a way to change your national team with an editor but I'm not really sure how to do it.
