Jokes aside...
Wiggins rumored to ride the Giro. Seems a bit early to begin pondering his racing shedule, although take it that means Sky want Froome for the Tour/Tour-Vuelta.
Europcar might not keep their WT place because of cash/cash-flow problems. Not sure on the details just that the team might be kind of short on money.

That's interesting, considering the previous Wiggins rumour was having him leave Sky after Paris-Roubaix and return all focus to Track cycling.

Well, considering that he was going to focus on track cycling and on hour-record it probably means that he won't ride it as a captain.
Edit: Slightly Zabel'd, but it was actually more a Betancur than a Zabel.

It's Wiggins. They'll be a rumor for the Vuelta, ToB, Tour and probably Langkawi in the next couple of months.
I know he's "supposed" to be switching over to a "dev" team after Roubaix, but i could see that being shifted to after the Giro moreso than most other races

The Giro has a 60km time trial plus a shorter one, the tour has a 14km tt plus a TTT. Giro definetly suits Wiggins more.

Think Cavendish should go back to the track the way he has been riding it lately

Track speed will help him on the road, also keeps his legs turning over which just makes the sprint battles with Kittel next season better for all of us...
TMM Froome heading to Le Tour shouldn't be news

In other news, Quenn Elizabeth II confirms that she is old. Wait, that is hardly news, but Froome targeting the Tour either.

Tour Méditerranéen seemingly cancelled for 2015. Money issues.

P.S. Paris Nice to begin with a 6.5km prologue.

Going back to Kreuziger:
The third stage race which falls within the UCI’s period of concern is the 2012 Giro d’Italia [May 5 – 22]. He did a pre-race test on May 3, then others on May 14 [stage 9], May 20 [stage 15] and May 24 [stage 18].
His haematocrit levels were 45.1, 43.2, 44.8 and 48.1 respectively, while his reticulocyte levels were 1.45, 1.44, 1.52 and 1.4.
https://cyclingtips.com.au/2014/12/kre...ping-case/
Note test after Stage 18, with haematocrit of 48.1.
Guess what happened the day after?

Doesn't reflect well on Hesjedal et al either, does it?
