PCM.daily 2015DB: request for 2015 stages

With a new team comes a new procedure. We're gonna put things more in the open, starting with this stages request for the 2015DB. Anyone who created a stage with the 2015 route or is planning on creating one (or several) can announce this here.
Mainly, we need the 3 GTs done before the end of January (preferrably earlier, but the Vuelta route will be announced halfway through January). Also we need as many other 2015 routes as possible.
Whether we use the submitted stages or not depends on the quality of the stages and on the race. If we didn't include the race in the 2014 EP, it's highly unlikely we will include it in the 2015DB, for the same reasons we've discussed in many posts before.

I've the New Zealand Cycle Classic (2015) on my want-to-do-list and it should be finished until January.
Haven't downloaded the Daily DB... I'm not sure if this race is included?

I've released the 2015 routes for Cadel Evans, Herald Sun Tour and New Zealand Cycle Classic in the last couple of weeks, check the links here.. you may also check the Aussie NC-routes from 2014 (if not already included in the latest DB).

You got to find someone to do Dubai Tour.
It´s only in cdx form for the moment.
Whenever some-one asks for it in this forum a lot of folks present link and file to just these cdx-files. That is crap. It¨s presently upgraded too for the 2015 and will be 2.HC.
I hope some of the great and skillful stage creators could spend some time cranking out this short season opener. Actually in any year version would do I think.
I don´t know the priorities but I believe getting all possible cdx files out (at least for HC and .1 stage races) should have higher priority than getting a dozen variants for the big races.
Sadly I am not much of a stage editor handler, so I stick to what I can do in form of setting up races for realistic and correct points,bonus system in my XML files.
That´s my 2 cents anyway. |
