Help Needed for Awesome DB Project

So i need some help for my (really not that secret but probably still secret) DB project. It was shelved for a while but thanks to Jesleyh for showing that small teams can work, so it's back underway but now aiming for PCM14 rather than 13 as was originally planned.
I need:
Stage maker(s) - Only about 3 races needed, more if people want to make more
Jersey maker(s) - Up to 32 jerseys needed. Just jerseys unless you want to make more of pack. "Up to" because some existing jerseys might be useable
Stats Helper - Just someone to aid making the stats, and also double check rider and team informations
General DB Helper(s) - Someone to aid in the construction of the DB itself, inputting new riders/teams/races etc etc
Hopefully with enough people this can be made up nice and quickly. I've got a decent start made already on the riders and teams stuff and on general organisation. If you are interested in helping just drop me a PM and i'll get back to you with how you can help

I really need some Shirt's help you lovely community people. Yes i need about 30 shirts in total, which is a lot, but even if you only want to do only one shirt that would be a massive help to me and really get this project off the ground

@Jesl - It will pan out slowly as hundreds of riders need stating from nothing. Then there's the shirts, teams, races, calendar changes, fitness changes etc A full v1 release could be a year away (though a v0.1 could be 1month away)
@Mars - No offence but if i'm going to get serious help i'm going to go to someone i trust and have more respect for in the DB creation area.

But for doing a Db you have to have people who know how to do DBs and I (honestly) think that I know how to do them...
You won´t do anything with people who are serious if they don´t know how to do DBs...
Think about it...

Mars, tbh there's a lot more people with more knowledge about db than you here, and as TMM said he needs shirts primarily. Also, doing dbs is an overrated part, filling columns is a thing that everyone can do, with a bit of practice. Being serious and honoring a commitment is a way more important thing that not everyone is able to do. This is what TMM means, I guess.

I would say i'm about a month away from an early beta release, but that could easily be 3 months depending how busy the xmas period gets for me.
I just don't have quite the time to give to this i really want. Still i'm giving it 2-3 hours a week so it's getting there. A full release is a distant distant dream...
Still missing a lot of jerseys (big thanks to the guys who have done some) but they won't be really needed for a while, just make nice extras during beta phase if i get anymore.

About 27 real ones by the end 
It's a big ask, but my plan is get more people interested/involved once i get a beta release out there and they can see what my goal is.
