So I did this for 2013 and people enjoyed it, so as my little contribution to the Man-game I've done it again. Plus, its a nice little distraction until the transfer season starts!

Not everyone has updated their HQ threads with their goals, (and you certainly aren't obliged to at this point in the season) but those who have, I think I've found them all, though with the recent flurry of activity in the Team HQ threads I might have missed one or two, though I will strive to keep it updated as necessary.
If you find any mistakes, either with the point totals or the goals themselves, please do let me know, I'm fairly accurate but mistakes are made.

Great job Firefly. I am bit surprised I am the only one in PCT that went full maximum on their goals, but CSC keeps us company at least 
Although I am fairly happy since 4/5 of these goals should be completed by two riders we already have in our team hopefully.

After getting 0/5 goals last season I'd rather achieve my goals this year. So I went for intermediate difficulty and very clear transfer targets. (in my mind at least, gonna throw it all overboard once the feeding frenzy starts)

The number of CT teams with Regional Rankings goals 
Interesting to see it all put together again. Gives me hope for the America Tour and that the cobbles might not bee too different from last season

Nice initiative, glad to see that only two teams have objectives in racing as I have and none of the objectives is the same..
just a correction, the total of my goals is 15 points, not 14 as you placed in the document

I'm there aswell  . Went for 22/23 as i couldn't quite fit in that last point without drastically increasing the difficulty.

I think I went for 20/23, but I am not 100% right at this time. Interesting to see only Aker went for harder goals in PT. Hopefully I won't regret it.

Something's wrong with Vontobel's goals as you've got them down for a total of 13 when the minimum total was 14.
They should be top 5 Züri Metzgete not top 10, which gives them the missing point.

Thanks, Firefly. That's a great overview about team's goals. It will certainly play a role in my C1/C2 race selection.

Yeah, sammy is right. Züri Metzgete is a top 5 goal for Vontobel and all summed up it will be 16 points total. (win and top5 goals each 4 and top 10 goals both 2)
