I have the French Community DB stuff installed in my game file folder (STEAM) , I was wondering if I could just install the PCM.daily Expansion Pack straight away? Or do i need a clean file game in order to do so?
install the new db straightaway and select the correct db you want to use in the options in-game. Makes no difference what other dbs have been installed

It can make in some cases It's normally nothing that will make the game f.e. crash or something if you have/don't have another DB installed, but some things can get weird if other DBs overwrite original files from the game which PCM.daily's DB expect to still be the original file of the game. For example, the Podium; the Expansion Pack only replaces 1 of the 5 files of the common podium, and for the podium to look good you should still be using the other 4 files as they came with the game. But if you've installed a DB that has replaced the podium files, then the podium could look a bit messed up.
