Im new at this forum.
Since a while I'm playing PCM 2012 with the PCM daily 2013 database.
Now a couple of teams including my team has new sponsors.
Their jersey color changes with the sponsor. But the helmets and the bike don't. For example Sky changed in Vodafone but they still have light blue helmets.
Is this how it's supposed to be, or did I do something wrong with installing the database?
You can change it manually using an editor, but it's not your fault
The thing is that equipment are defined on the team ID rather than the sponsor, so when the sponsor changes the equipment-columns remain the same in the DB.

With the original DB it works the same way, but this would happen'n. Explaining: the original DB doesn't have any team-specific equipment (actually, it doesn't have any real equipment, but whatever ). Therefore, all the bikes in the original DB use auto-color ( = some parts of the bike are colored in the color of the team). Team-specific bikes, however, like Sky's, can't be made with auto-color
Yes, it is possible to fix it with Lachi's Editor. Open your save, table DYN_team, and look for the fkIDequipment_marques columns. In these, write down a number between 79~108 (then the team will use auto-color bikes). To check which number corresponds to each brand, check table STA_equipment (here, one of the columns is called fkIDequipment_marques - find the equipment of the number you're looking for, then check column gene_sz_nomenclature, which should indicate what brand it is - f.e. "frame_specializedvenge" -> Specialized).
