Because I've been already asked quite a few times, yet. Yes I will convert my stages from PCM2012. I'm also happy to announce that I'm about to publish a whole new variant of the Tour de France containing all stages of the 2005 edition for PCM2013.

You can export several stages at once.
File -> Multiple Exports.
But it won`t work if you still have to add stage name and region. In that case I found it still quicker to add those, save and then multi export as I did not have to wait for all the rebuilding stuff manually. |

It might be worth to do the open -> rebuild -> export method though if you want to change the settings of the stage (for example a hilly one which you'd call say it's mountain, or change the time gap) or also if the stage finishes in a city circuit, in which case a graphic bug like this might appear in the finishing city, sometimes even in every corner

I converted my 2006 Tour de France variant. With the finish line bug and the wind speed-issue it was quite some work, but worth the results instead of using the quick way.

So, here's my updated 2005 version which I recommend you to use instead of the first one. I changed the wind settings, so the gameplay feeling should be way better now. I also changed the link in the #1 post of the thread.
