Possible to edit so that all riders are avaliable for national team ? (WC RR and WC ITT)

What's up with almost all the riders I ask to race the World champs REFUSES to race the world champs, the ultimate race of the year !?? It's the same every year in PCM; riders saying 'neh, that race doesnt interest me', 'neh, that race is not one of my goals this season', and if its, say, a hilly profile the best puncheurs in the world say 'neh, that route doesnt suit me' (!!)

Why on earth would Valverde and Leon Sanchez refuse to ride for spain in the WC, or Nibali for Italy, Boasson for Norway, or you name it ?? Every single rider without exception shud accept without a second thought, like any sane rider in real life would.

Is there any way using an editor to enable me to choose whoever i want for the national team i'm in control of ? If so, could anyone explain (Hopefully in detail, step by step?). Might be much to ask, but I'd be grateful.


Also, while I'm at it (Pfft) riders who are completely useless at time trials often favour and want to race the national TT champs, but rarely the RR which they are usually much more suited for... show me the logic : /

Yes, you can use the editor to change those (quite senseless indeed) decisions. I don't think it has changed much, so maybe this PCM11 thread helps:
