Hi, I made my own team and wanted to start in the CYA Tour, because i otherwise can't start in some races due to having no wildcard. So, i went to the lachis editor and changed the setting of my team to CYA Tour team, and kicked out Euskaltel.
Problem now is that when i ask him to show me the Cya Tour teams, he shows mine, but when the Tour Down Under started (which i even got a wildcard from), i didn't start the race but just skipped to the next day..
Can you help me? What did I do wrong?

The teams lineup for each race is decided on January 1st. So when they were decided, your team was Pro Continental, and therefore was left out of the races. Changing your status to WT later won't change the teams that are set to take part in each race.
In order to have a custom team in the World Tour before the beginning of the career, you should edit your DB before starting the career. Since you're still on the beginning of your career, perhaps doing this and then restarting the career will be the easiest way. Creating a team through the DB is a bit trickier than creating it with the in-game feature, but you can fill several more details for it. Here's a tutorial on how to add a team to the DB:

Hmmm, i created my team and sponsors following the guide. I think it's good so far. But my original riders from the team i created and deleted after are gone.
Can i get them back somehow without having to start all over again or something? Making 25 riders is a bit much... |

Hmmm, i made a new DB. I think this might work. 1 question: isn't it a problem that i just made a new World Tour team and deleted none? Isn't that 1 too many? |

I'm not sure if it'll create problems, but I suggest you do remove one team from the World Tour. It's just about changing a number in DYN_team (fkIDdivision from 10 to 11) so it's not a really big deal

Well, in your guide, you're explaining how to make a team, right? And there i have to go to the graphic files and put some jerseys in a file etc. But how do i make their jerseys? I know HOW to name the jerseys ([jersey_sz_abbreviation]_maillot), but how do i make this jar-file and with which program? |

If you need a jersey you can request one in the graphics section of this forum (lots of shirt makers) or you can give one a go with a program like GIMP or Photoshop |

I can have a go at it if you want. Will take some time to make though (school startee so don't expect results till the end of the weekend). Meantime you can copy and rename a jersey c00 for example.

Whoops just found back your post. Sincere apologies. Can you get me a team name and fetch some sponsors? I'll try fixing you some stuff. Please, as much as you can colour/sponsor wise. I don't like lines. I prefer sponsor-bound shapes (they're easier!).
EDIT: If I find time, I might also be able to quick-fetch you an helmet (catlike, the one movistar wears) in team colours. + GT leader stuff.

Well, my team's name is 'Gent Cycling Team' and its base colour would be 0033CC. I have 2 sponsors. The main sponsor is '9000', and the letters would be fitting to my base colour if they were BFCFFE i think. The second sponsor is 'Gent' in 080458. I think that should work, no?
If you want you can add your name to it as a third sponsor name, i don't mind, it's kinda creative as well
And there's no real rush or something, you're doing me a huge favour so no pressure at all!! |

Well, I'm Belgian so that explains the sponsor
9000 and Gent are fictional sponsors. '9000' is the postal code from the city 'Gent. My friends and I always say '9000' out loud when someone makes a funny joke, so that's why it's my main sponsor |

This will be an interestibg project. I shall start this afternoon as my school crossed out quite a few hours. The central theme of the jersey will be the city of Gent, I shall consider its postal code sonething for the details.
The project will be slightly oht of the ordinary, but I'm sure I can think of something.

I have started with the shirt and immediately felt unsure of the colours that you have chosen for the shirt. I feel they are just off-right. I shall choose colours close to these, and will swap some around, see what happens. I hope you understand. If you do feel these colours are final, then I will turn it back.
EDIT: During the last 30 minutes, I have shouted ''Trouw en Liefde'' like a hundred times to myself. Lol.
EDIT2: Attached picture of current progress. Hoping for some commentary.
EDIT3: Added Gent's Lion to the sides roaring towards the front.
EDIT4: .tga as it is right now (the gap on the sides is supposed to be there)
