But is this a South American stage, or should we just send any stage to South America?

Don't think that would work since stage DB only 'starts' with PCM11 stages Wink

Vuelta a Tachira was made by Margh Norway, but again the downloads link aren't working anymore:

Tsmoha has made the 2011 Tour de San Luis, but again the download link is broken:

This should be much easier to find though since it was included in the PCMDaily DB, so anyone who has the PCMDaily DB for PCM10 will have the stages Wink

I'm not sure you'll find many more stages other than these from South America. But you could check the giant DBs for something like that.
