Hey everyone, I have been reading every one's stories and they are so interesting! I would love to start one of my own, but I might need some help! First off and most importantly...
1) how do I take pictures? hehe, and where do they save to when I do figure out how to take them?
2) Can someone create a jersey for me?
3) I see a button below that says 'add stage from pcm daily DB..and it comes up as Error: Stage not found or not confirmed yet..what do I put in the middle exactly to make it work? TourdeFrancestage1? for example...
I have a team right now..half ways through a season but might start over so i can make a story out of it. Want to make a Continental team based out of the Netherlands. Challenge myself and play on hard with Gesink and Dekker being my top riders most likely and try and make a name for myself and make my nation proud
Any help with jersey editing, picture management / editing, stage previews and images etc etc etc would be so awesome!! thanks guys!!!!!
Jeremy

To take pictures, press Ctrl+U then # then Ctrl+T
They save in C:\Users\Mike\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2012\Users\baggieboys32\Screenshots
There are lots of graphic specialistys who make jerseys, just put a request in one of there threads, according to their rules

In terms of when to take them, my advice is to take a collection of pictures whenever something is happening in a stage, and then you can delete any you don't want, and use those which you need for your report

1) Ctrl + T to take screenshots, which can then be found in My Docs/PCM12/Users/username/Screenshots.
2) You should ask in the Graphics forum.
3) It's actually add stage from the Stage DB. How to use:

But I'm not so sure how it can be useful for a story. What exactly do you plan to do with it?

In terms of your team, If you want to make an interesting story, then the trick is to get a nicely balanced team for whichever league you're playing in,
E.G you say you want a conti-team, in that case having Gesink and Dekker would probably leave your team much to strong, and you'd find yourself winning too frequently, this can lead to a loss of interest and in the long run, a boring story
I'm not saying don't use them, but you may want to re-think which starting league to use, as a team which fits the league, always makes a more interesting story

Recently Photobucket has changed the way it looks, so it can be a bit confusing
What you need to do is upload your photos on to your homepage by obviously selecting the upload button
Then go in to your library and on the picture you want you will see a little sprocket type image, move your mouse over that and a sub menu will appear, from here select IMG code and it will say copied, then go to your post and select paste and your image should appear
Hope this helps |

Since the new layout of photobucket has appeared, I find it easier to click on the picture itself so you go into slideshow mode, and the link code appear on the right hand side of the screen. you can then just skip to the next picture instead of going back to reclick on the sprocket over and over again.
saves time in my eyes, but sutty's way works fine if you do it that way
