How can I play this without installing the latest patch?

Why would you want to do that?

But can't you just click no when it asks you to update?

I dont want to do the upgrade and to answer your question it doesnt let me play without the patch. I dunno what to do. Thanks anyway Grin

Just click cancel when it starts downloading (or make a shortcut of directly the "PCM.exe" file, skipping the autorun and the start of the latest patch download). Btw, "I dont want to do the upgrade" doesn't answer why would you want to do that Pfft
