How much time is needed to be between two riders at the finish line before it actually counts like that?

It's a bit frustrating to cross the finish line after a break out, and it says on the screen there's 13 sec gap, but on the result list it says st.

Well... I think it depends of the stage...
On flat it's about 25 secs or something, and on a mountain finish its sometimes 5...

Depends on what kind of finish. On mountain top finishes it's usually 4 or 7 seconds, while it's usually around 20 on the flat.

With the Scale, no one would finish together. Wink 4 or 7 is good IMO.

Not possible on PCM12 (to change it to 1 sec or something like it). Additionally, I don't think that the game will have 4 secs as time gaps; the 4-sec time gaps were set manually, I can't remember seeing a stage that the game considered to have a 4 sec time gap.
