Riders refuse Worlds selection?

Whats the deal with riders refusing worlds selection?
How can i make it so they always race the worlds instead of there excuse "Ill watch from my Sofa" Or "I didnt plan on racing the worlds" ect? |

You can chnage with the editor i guess but if they dont want to take part its probably because they are unfit at that time of year

Yeah that can be pretty annoying. But you can change it with editor, like MacC said. |

not really fitness, but a bit
more whether the route suits them or not
and what their goals were/are
its in the editor, something to do with nationalism

I thought it was more random than the route, because I had many strong hilly riders declining for the hilliest route possible. But maybe it's their goals, as you said. |

Or, more likely, it's just completely random, like transfers
