Edited some stats on a rider BUT average stay same?

i edited some stats on 1 rider. all seems well but when i load up game and check his stats his average stays the same at 65? And i cant find anywhere to up his average..Even though ive upped his hil and mountain stats,so why doesnt his average go up?

Goes up after some days in your career, don't know how much exactly..

Either edit his value_f_current_evaluation in DYN_cyclist or let the game re-calculate it for you in the beginning of the career/first day of each month.
