Can i change teams in carrer mode?

I´m playing in 2016 ans i´ve achieved many winning seasons, so i think it´s time to move on. How can i change teams? i mean, is it possible to edit the game in order that i can manage another team in the same savegame in carrer mode? what do i have to do and what files do i have to edit?

What editor is used to change the team? Because I'm using Fast Editor and I can't seem to find DYN_Manager?

It's probably just called "Manager" in Fast Editor.
