Stage problem

Im having some problems with the 7 stage of the Paris - Nizza 2013. It doesent run well. It stops all the time and the then it continuous. My CPU and GPU are really good and a have also low all grafic details. What can the problem be? This is the only stage where im having problems. BTW im using PCM.daily's 2011 DB (Full).

If you can finish the stage, just do it and live with it for some minutes, since you said it happened only on this stage.
