Is it possible to get a better look at the favourites screen for a stage in-game? I only get it as the stage is loading very temporarily and can't see who they all are, nevermind have the time to record them.

Well you can Print Screen while the stage is loading and after it's loaded see it. I don't know if there are other ways but this one works for me.
