If Landa doesn't get the stage win, please let it be Hesjedal or Kruiswijk. Both of them deserve it so much after the past 3 weeks.

Interesting to hear what landa will say after the stage. He has been completely honest so far, hope he will speak the truth. Could look like the team orders was "aru shall win the stage".. |

Seems about right. Some politics going over at Astana radio. |

Wow Landa is such a deuche.
Why the heck would Zakarin help Landa not only take stage but more time on Contador.
Because staying away from the chase group drastically helps Zakarin's chances on a stage win.
Zakarin have zero chance of beating Landa so of course he is not going to help him, not to mention Astana already have a few in the black book.
Landa should have gone ahead alone.
It makes absolute zero sense what Landa and Astana have going on right now. |

Astana can win the queen stage and take Kom yersey and they're riding for the weakest rider... |

They should just bury their heads. Wasting Landa like this.

It's chocking, but that's the reality.
What if Landa could have gone for it, Contador might have lost even more.
Now Astana is ensure of stage win, according to Martinelli I believe. The old fox.

Well i guess they dont want Landa to ride for them next year, so they decided that they wanted to stop him, for a chance for the win of the giro, and a sure stage win, to wait for his "captain" |

Stage win for Aru is worth more to Astana then a Landa stage win, publicity for Aru is MASSIVE.
Still kind of weird since they might be sacrificing the blue Jersey for the chance of another Aru stage win

Yeah, maybe he would have lost more. But he wouldn't have lost enough to lose Maglia Rosa.

That's what Martinelli thought, and then a Aru win is massive in publicity. Then the italian can forget that they lost the race. They won the two last important stages with their golden boy.
It's enough for one spaniard to win the pink, to bad if another took the Queen Stage.
So now LETS GO RYDER

So, what are the chances that Kruiswijk gets it now? He gets minimum 5th

Its simply crazy and it reminds me of sky when Wiggins was in trouble. This is even worse tho, Landa had a golden chance to take it all but was held back because of Aru.
Incredible stupid tactics |
