On german TV, they said 43 Minutes. And that he was 31min behind, at the finish of Calmejane.

Seeing it now in the race, everybody was right about the horrible route design, even I know that that stage was meant to come at the end of the tour, where big favourites needed to make risky attacks to overcome time deficits or extend their lead before the ITT. When everybody is still within contention, nobody is willing to risk it. The worst part is that they did the same tomorrow turning an awesome stage into what could become very similar to todays.
Still awesome ride by Calmejane even though I was hoping for Buchmann to show when he was in that break. Also my opinion of Dan Martin is always increasing when he makes attacks like that, similar to Aru I will support any rider willing to go for it like that.
