Aker - MOT's equipment is not attached, as the file size is just above 5 mb. But the download link is here:
Please tell if that's not okay.
Ok ; Aker_Mot_2014.rar file is 4,98mb; you forgot to include a front/normal wheel and you put a second dics wheel in the rar of RBC Pro Cycling? (that's why it's to big to upload it @daily) ;but don't feel sorry, you are not the only one; of the 1000 (equipment) files I received sofar I fixed about 300!
Somehow people (except Cycleman123) are quite secure during transfer period
But after that some go mental!
A few examples:
Bjartne (Compal-Merida) jerseys are/were: 908x626 (instead of 910x626)
tyriion (Team Hornbach) jerseys are/were: 908x626 (instead of 910x626)
welker3257 (Fletcher - Garneau) jersey is/was: 905x626 (instead of 910x626)
Ollfardh (Lierse SK - Pizza Ullo Cycling Team) jersey is/was: 455*313 (instead of 910x626)
sutty68 (Eddie Stobart Pro Cycling) jersey is/was: 455*313 (instead of 910x626)
Crommy (Bouygues Telecom) jersey is/was: 455*313 (instead of 910x626)
Selwink (Ameriabank - Novatek) no jersey in shirtdatabase
Margh Norway (Team Vontobel) no jersey in shirtdatabase
DubbelDekker (Team Gazelle) no jersey in shirtdatabase
Avin Wargunnson (Metinvest - Emirates) graphical files aren't/weren't saved as 32 bit
Etc. Etc. Etc. the list of equipment errors is much longer.
But SN probably has to put up with a lot more than I do, so respect for him and I'm glad I can help him out just a little bit So keep on sending those incorrect equipment files!!!

Wounded Warrior equipment files. Wheels are any stock Shimano, Didn't fit in file anyway.

I think you should have left Aker's wheels as they were

If you zoom out far enough they still are
But on a more serious note, the ManGame is great, we are here with about 70 people having fun, but whether it's this fictional game, college, work, etc. my advise to you all is to make it a habit to double triple check everything you do.
Seriously you can be happy, rich and successful in anything you wanna do/be as long if you focus and do things right. If you do that you are already ahead of 90% of the rest of the world.
Sure we may not know each other, so we won't be banging on your door if you screw up, but see this manGame as a test of commitment. Trust me the higher up you get in life, it will become more clear that excellence is a choice.
For example all my employees know if they give me a report with errors init, they will be fired right away, they have bills to pay, families to raise and dreams to come thru so they won't screw up. This mindset / way of life imo is the way to go forward in life.
For more career advice; pmbox
Basically what I'm saying is good luck in whatever!

Not sure about how the Aker files end up as such seeing that if you click on the nif file in the download, it shows as being correct?
This problem arose in PCM11 with BikeFreaks disc wheels for his aston martin frames and had to do with the camera zooming out and not the actual files.
Annoying though, I thought this would have been fixed by now.
On another note, I am still doing other sets of equipment, so what do you mean by the end of the week....Friday or Sunday? |

Seeing as the new style of 2 sided disc wheels will not work properly when zoomed out, here are replacement discs for the three teams that have this style. Aker, RBC and Stobart

I am glad i am not your employee Oleg.
But if you are so hillarious all the time, i would change my mind.
Sorry for my equipment being wrong. Honestly i dont know what i am doing, i only uploaded equipment package i got from my designer, did not know something else has to be done.
There are so many things around transfer season, that one can get lost in it and seriously graphical part is a thing i will never try to understand.
But good that you have such an attitude, it can seen pretty well in your always top notch annual database.

My Cyprus NC for Vassilis Adamou of Euskaltel-Bavaria has been uploaded to the Shirt Database. I shall attach it here as well.

Soooooo,
I did not realise the jersey format had changed so dramatically, and I find myself now with a jersey that is too small. Can anyone save me with a resized jersey (or maybe even a new one) that isn't just me using a resize tool (or maybe even loading up paint and making a new one myself)?

So, you basically want to re-make a last years one? I can do that.
